Oh I think you've done the right thing myself. Look she hasn't responded to you, and you haven't got your figure, so what else can you do.

As to negative feedback, well I have one bit of negative feedback myself, when a rip off merchant did a number on me over a Spike doll. I went to paypal and they said I was in the right. She then left comments about me being a liar, daft woman.

Having that negative bit of feedback hasn't done me any harm. A seller can see that the majority of the comments to me are positive, so there you go,

Most people with one negative feedback are good eBayers that had one bad experience and when you look at the other end of the problem you see that the other eBayers has even more neg. feedbacks and you understand what's going on. Anyway, it'd be painful to lose a 100% positive feedback Thanks for all the advice sue, you really helped. I am determined to end this, and I hope that in the end I get my figures cause that's what's really important to me right now...

Sorry to hear about this. Surely the seller can't get away with it? If you payed with Paypal you can get your money back. I got scammed like this once on a supposedly brand new season 5 Angel DVD. I got my money from Paypal in the end

Well, the scammer had everything well thought out. I paid with paypal, as a regular transaction with eBay, but the money went to another account, supposedly due to a Paypal mistake. I got my money back with no problems. She won my trust by talking to me real nice and telling me a sorry story about her life (I'm that stupid) and when she told me that I could pay again, this time through paypal only (no eBay involved), I did it, because I thought it would be okay, since you can trust Paypal. But it turned out that paying that way I was kind of becoming 'unprotected' by Paypal policies and they can't make a refund unless they take the money from the seller's account, which obviously doesn't have any. So, she did not only get away with the money, she made sure that I'd never see it again.

Just when ebay makes you feel good about the general honesty of people you some cretin that needs to remind us of the vermin among us.

I'm still waiting for the refund, which, as paypal told me, might never happen. I'm not counting on that money right now, but I wish I could get it back, it would make up for everything.... a little bit. I tried to bid on a D'Hoffryn a week ago, but I lost it again.

I once got ripped off for 8700$ on a piece of musical equipment and it was completely depressing. Same sad stories from this guy....when I finally tracked him down he was already in jail. I hope it works out.

No luck yet. But I never stop looking. I just don't want to pay $250 for him, and lately that has been the only option I've had. It sucks big time.
