It will be next week more than likely. I had the shoulder rig, belt flash lights, knife w/sheaths and Silver Ghost commissioned. My contact told me everything should be done this week. I've been putting together a RPD version and a RE4 version. RPD version is done basically, just need the knife w/sheath.

I like RPD Leon a lot right now, since his weapon set is complete. I got the VP70 with the stock (Matilda), the upgraded shotgun (M1100) and the upgraded 10 inch Desert Eagle, which I had to paint to make it game accurate since the slide and barrel is black while the frame is stainless and the grip is walnut.

I've been dying to show this stuff off, but I've been waiting for everything to get done first.

Well good things take time, I had to wait 2 years until I had the chance to buy RE4 Leon there was always something that kept me from buying him; price, other figures.. until I finally could. Its worth the wait

I know what you mean. I'm happy with what I'm getting though, the shoulder rig is actually more accurate than the HT version and the flashlights I'm getting look identical to what comes with the HT version too.

Its better to have a in-game accurate version sounds like you are getting something close to a Leon 2.0

I wanted it to have the chest strap that goes across the rig, but may not be feasible since it will make removal of it impossible.

The bootleg RPD Leon ain't cheap, it's going for around $150-$200 auctioned, many bidders, i saw one sold for $500, the guy has 1 more left, not sure it's real or bootleg, to be safe i'd go with the black box version since from what i see bootlegs mostly come in white box.

since i never had any of the real/fake RPDs, i can't tell whether there's much difference. but i've done some calculation, just buying the custom head & outfit would cost $90, then another $20 for a narrow body, i have no idea how much it would cost to find the Pistol Holster/Knife Hoster/Knife, i'm guessing the full set of weapons would easily cost another $70 minimum. Add it all up to get a complete custom Leon would cost at least $200.

I don't think its a bad idea to buy the RPD Leon, there is nothing wrong in buying a bootleg as long as it looks good HT doesn't use the most expensive plastic for the figures anyway..

But they need to re-issue RE4 or bring RE6 soon..

Thats exactly what I was thinking... I will buy the RPD version eventually, I wanted the black box version because it looks great and I prefer the Biohazard logo but if I can't find one at a reasonable price I may end up buying one of those "cheap" Leons I say cheap because other people are asking +900 for Leon...

I hope we get it sooner though and I hope HT gives a **** about Remake and Revelations I need more RE figures
