Yep, incredibly, the head is as obvious in hand than it is in the pics! No flash and no lighting tricks! I've asked 4 different peoples opinions and they all confirm that it's a different shade

So the paint is different on the head than the torso, typical Sideshow. My eyes always are immediately drawn to the piece of crap reactor sticker so I assumed that difference was a lighting issue
Do you have the shoulder mounts?

That is pretty obvious - Sideshow should replace that. Though to be honest, if they do the bust colour the same as the head colour that would be nice.

Ohhh wow.. You can really tell the face has a different shade red then the body.. The sculp look great but the paint app. Once again a fail..

I'm still hype for it, i think it looks amazing, the arc reactor doesn't bother me as i plan to have it lit up constantly anyway pretty much.

I have wondered the same thing, but I think they are LED bulbs, which have heard have a 50,000 hour life (or so I am told)

You know me bro...I can only give my opinion and there's no way I want to put anyone off their order as I want you all to enjoy your purchases without having to stress. I'm sure my flaw is a one off. I've already sent William at Sideshow a long email explaining the flaws and I'm sure he'll come up with a solution. The other flaws are terrible scratches and marks on the side of the Headsculpt...like really bad! No one should have to put up with such poor standards when paying over $800 for a collectible...
Will I keep my order? At this moment in time I still can't decide. I have all the other Sideshow busts in my collection and I really wanted to add this MKVII with the rest of them. If I could sum up this bust in one word then it would be...underwhelming!
