yeah man missing out on that Medusa is painful..I think ARH recently sold one Rattle for $3500+shipping..I also seen one Rattle listed on ebay $7500....I think Medusa remains the Holy Grail of ARH...but some of their new releases are sure to be worth high $$ in future. Athena gold will most likely double or triple in price over years..with such a small ES..

there is always hope..a green medusa on ebay selling for 2k...if you can't get the rattle which goes for like 4k....green medusa is still a grail mate...just not the 'holy' grail

Averone - Sorry for the impatience but any updates?

Once again we are running into issues those who have the pre-orders not paying all their balance on time.
I know its not most of you guys and we do not wish to put any blames on any of the good folks who are paying early.
We are doing our best to have the factory release them on time, what they will not do is ship them in batches, it will be one big container at once and honestly the logistics dictate that we wait till we have the container full. I can explain further for you, but it would cost us so much more to do multiple containers from China, we are simply incapable of doing it this way.
So we have no choice at this time till we get at least 85% payments, so far we only have aprox %50 of all our buyers paid in full
Now as Arahom said before some of you in Europe will be getting yours first, and thats because the retailers in these countries have their own pickups.
Sideshow, has their own pickup schedule and we are working closely to make sure they arrive all at once to the USA.
I wish this was a simpler task but its actually not.
Thanks so much for the patience with this process. I am sure Sept, will now be the delivery time.

Wow, this whole time I was expecting a shipping notice that was coming any day now... Only 50% have paid? Geez. We could be waiting a while. Step up ppl and fulfill your obligation and commitment. I PO'd this the minute it went up and paid my balance off the minute I was notified.

Well Ave, this news is very disappointing to hear. ARH needs to come up with a better way to ship statues out, otherwise you are going to lose a lot of customers over this. If I had known that shipping of my statue was going to rely on the fickle nature of others to pay up beforehand, I would not have ordered. Why cannot ARH pay the shipping charges for the entire order and then recoup those costs from everyone who bought once they pay up? This way, ARH takes on the responsibility of making sure they delivery the statue to paying customers on time. The way you are doing now it seems all the responsibility is on the paying customers and the people who have already paid are getting screwed by having to wait for an undefined amount of time. Pretty crappy to know that people who ordered through SS will get theirs before I will.

Actually people in Europe will get theirs first. You have to realize we do not do massive shipping volumes like Sideshow and we are just not that big yet.
As I mentinoed before the orders from SS and others in the USA will arrive about the same period of time. This is calculated to save time.
We do pay alot of the shipping in front, thats not the case. We have to assure they the shipping container we send to the USA is full of all ARH Studios Inc products, otherwise the shipping gets very complicated. This included Ares, Conan, Athena etc all at once.
Anyways, you see the delays Sideshow, you hear about the shipping getting pushed back all the time. Its no different here. Many of the collectors are still waiting for statues like Superman PF. Its just the nature of the shipping and some of it is not even under our control.
Its transport and travel time + customs too when they get to the USA. Now I was estimating the end of Aug. Now we are looking at mid Sept.
What is nice is that we know they are due in and just waiting to get to everyone.

That may be the case, I hear its taking longer and longer for SS and other companies. I dont think we are any different, we are all at the mercy of the shipping delays and it doesnt discriminate.
Now wouldn't it be nice to have a production in the USA! But such is the nature of production and economics at this time.

Guys I really dont like coming here and telling you things are getting pushed back. The statues are all ready.
Now if ARH Studios Inc. didnt start collection of the balances due this thing would never go forward.
At some point we have to collect and we waited a whole year to ask, so please be patient and thank for waiting.
I will update you all as soon as we have some activity on the radar.
