Looking at a figure next to it's real counterpart is always a bad move IMO.

I think this looks amazing. Other then the gauntlets being too small. That is my only issue.

He looks like a beast! This will look amazing on the shelf.

I think I will buy this. I'm not blown away but the price is reasonable and plenty of time to prepare for it.

Yeah, following the Prime example, a severed Penguin head or something would have been nice.

I know you're joking, but there was a lot of potential for an EX. here. The REC (Remote Electrical Charge), the Sonic Shock Batarang, Freeze Grenade, Disruptor, and Cryptographic sequencer were all viable possibilities for accessories. Hell, if they're putting Joker out, they could've even included the cure vial that Batman was holding at the end.

Looks awesome hoping the gauntlets and shin guard sizes are increased then it will be awesome.... But If Not I'm sure SOMEONE on here will make accurate size gauntlets and shin guards,,,

I was disappointed with the lack of an Ex too. Especially since its Batman

Am I alone in missing the old reveal, with the figure in the center and the accessories around his/her feet.

I mentioned that in the thread in the Video Game section that got closed. I really miss "the money shot," as I liked to call it.

I was REALLY hoping for a Bruce Wayne head for this... now i'm on the fence about it.

I can't really see why you'd expect a Wayne head. The only times we ever saw Wayne were in his suit and tie. The only times, when he was in the Batsuit, that we saw his face were when he was pulling the cowl down at the beginning and when Talia started to pull it off midway through, but, really, while he was in the suit, we only saw 3/4 of his face, at most.

Actually, looking at batfan's post, they were really kind of stingy on the accessories with this fig. He's sort of barebones and comes with less stuff than West Bats.

No Titan suffering alternate face? All those weapons/gadgets? Rods for cape flight?

Then, too, some of those could come with an Asylum Batman, and, if this one proves successful, they could probably recycle most of it, and throw in a few new accessories, and/or new faceplates.
