My knowledge was that Spidey was suppose to be a few years off, and come in the second round of licenses. However, XM spent a crap load of money developing Phoenix, so if she has been benched for the foreseeable future, I could see XM negotiating Spidey out of it. Especially if they showed Marvel Sosa's Spidey Unleashed statue to get the hyped.

Has to be one epic Spidey statue to compensate losing Phoenix if not gone through.

That renegotiation does some rather fair, but I guess the ball will and has been on Disney's side. Really hope this crap doesn't take long and some establishment happens sooner rather than later.

**** if SS's comis are selling out (or at least what they make it seem), I can only imagine an XM PF piece.

I'd be also okay if we actually get a Black Cat PF, but damn I'm actually just pissed looking at the Phoenix design, and seeing how ****ing epic it looks.

No idea why you keep drawing connection between Spidey and Xmen, The Xmen announcement came only a few days ago, they have dropped hint on Spidey back in June...

XM Studios Premium Collectibles Hey Erick we should not let the folks down , SPIDY ....we shall give them.
