What's so bad about the tailoring? A lot of people have complained about it. I don't really see it so if anyone could put their views forward that'd be useful.

It's like any other tailored-outfit, it doesn't look as nice as it did in the promo pics (refer to the Bruce Wayne that comes with the armory). But there's only so much you can do when you're working with "clothes" at this scale.

DX11 Joker's outfit is impressive though. I don't think it looks that dissimilar from the promo. In fact comparing Jingobells pics and the promo I can't see any differences.

This release was supposedly boasting improved tailoring and fit, but other than the jacket material, it's pretty much the same as the first. Even the arm sleeves are pretty bad with how bulky they look.

There's also pics a few pages back showing how sloppy the pants seams are on the side leggings. There's a whole lotta loose pulls and random bits going up the leg that are sloppily done.

I disagree about the sleeves I think they look fine. You say that the only difference is the suits material but the rest is the same as the first but how many different ways are there to make a jacket? I mean it's bound to look similar. I just found the photo you were on about. That's a bit concerning even I can't defend that. Hopefully it's a one-off slip up. Thanks for the answer though

Well don't look at me. The specs for this stated "brand new improved, slimmer fitting clothing", not "kinda, sorta the same, there's only one way for us to make these mass produced, cheap clothes".

DX 11 bragged an improved costume and delivered. The fit and look of the clothes was superior to the V1 and DX 01. The DX 12 Batman was actually an improvement over the rubber two piece suits of old with it's intricate design. This Bank Robber? It's more or less the same and it costs just as much as those, if not more. The only real improvements are the paint apps on the head (which look good) and the grenade bag rack.

People should be more critical of a figure when the price is high. I don't think people are overreacting or jumping on a hate bandwagon. Their rips and digs at this figure are perfectly justified, just like they were back in 2011 with that crappy Toy Fairs Batman with the cheap suit and cheap boots.

I see where your coming from. It is basically the same figure. I missed out on the first version so that's why I favour this release. I think the Bozo mask is more proportional than V1, the suit is also less hefty - if that makes sense.

Well, it's an improvement over DX01, that's for sure.

There would likely be far less criticism if this was priced at $230. The $270 price point, not including shipping, pissed off a lot of people.

I think this shld have been a double release with the cop joker. That one has bairly any accessories so at about 349 or so that would have been a great deal and people would jump on it like crazy as many have missed both and having the two closed at one go would guarantee sales.

If that were the case I think this release would have sold out by now. Hot Toys will probably make a cop Joker 2.0 just to milk a bit more money in the future.

Highly doubt that. The DX01 Cop Joker was pretty much perfect and still wasn't even displayed by many DX01 owners or they sold loose on ebay for pretty low prices so I think there wouldn't be a high demand for that.

Oh right, I didn't realise people were selling them for low prices. In that case this could be the last Ledger Joker we see. There's no need for improvement for the DX11, Cop Joker isn't in high demand, Bank Robber Joker is updated now and the nurse Joker can't be made.

Yeah, could be true but I think it really depends on how the interest in TDK and the level of perfection on HT figures develop over the next years. Don't expect to see another 1/6 HT Joker anytime soon but I think it's at least possible that DX21 will be a Joker again.
