Yes..there should be a strap on the cod piece (pic 1)...kinda lazy on sideshows part. Have started on painting my resculpt..would love to know what you guys think!!. The cowl is heavily modified and now the correct glossy white (with dirt too!!). I've also added the brass brad to the top of the lid and completely repainted...just need to do the lenses now. Not perfect by any means but prefer it to how it looked. :)

For anyone planning on adjusting the cod piece. I wanted to lower mine. There is not a lot of room to play with in pulling this down. The armor plate goes through a belt loop. Also as it's curved, it essentially rests on top of the left leg at it's lowest position.

Also while messing with this I noticed the Ab armor (cummerbund piece?) is upside down. Or is it?

Mine after Cod piece adjustment:

I checked and it's in their Proto pics, it's this way on their Sixth Snowie, and all the other photos I could find here of the other collector's pieces looks like it' s put on this way. I'm no Trooper, but I thought the angled edges faced down. Anyone have any other info on this?

I think they were worn both ways on film but the correct way is angled edges up to fit into the angled cut out of the chest piece.

Thanks for the feedback. I'm gonna grab some ESB screens later tonight for my ref. folder.
Your Trooper Helm is coming along Nicely! I am Attempting a different approach on mine that is not so invasive. Failing that I will prolly set this up to pull a mold off of it. Pics to come soon about first tactic.

Okay lets make a final statement to sideshow then! "So lazy, jeeze!!!!"

I was wondering, all the pictures you showed from exclusive release, on the helmet with an error for me and missing something in the crotch. Does anyone have a regular edition? Are these errors also occur?

How are you all displaying this PF? I want to display mine, but my house gets really dusty. I would love to have a case or cabinet that is completely sealed like they have for the 1/6 scale figures. Any tips or ideas? Thanks.

shelves Ikea Besta, door Ikea Tombo, lighting Ikea Inreda.

Work in progress on putting a lens overlay on. The Cowl is also an overlay. Wanted to try a more cosmetic approach that didn't involve repaint or dremel action. Still needs a bit of weathering.

Cool, Thank you. I will definitely look into those!

Couldn't find anything on the doors - Tombo.

Tombo = Discontinued.
You can get the glass besta doors. Tombo used to be 3 cubes high, now the doors are just a single size, meaning each cube/shelf gets it's own hinged door.
