re: (galactiboy's Cantina) "Where everybody knows your name..."

I don't trust the po-po. I too was taking some criminal justice courses. Pretty easy stuff, but getting to know some of my peers and police officers, I decided that I wasn't willing to trust them to have my back.

Yea like i said IDK if thats what i want anymore. Sucks I feel like I wasted two years of schooling. I've debated what else I could do for months but cant think of anything. Looks like I may miss out for the fall semester this year. more wasted time....

No big deal. I've wasted eight years of my life. One won't do you any harm.

I Think being absent from school and really debating on what I want is better than wasting money on classes I dont need. Are you going to school still?
Ive been on this board for awhile and dont even know what half of you do for a living.

I'm trying to go back to get my teaching degree, but I've been sort of stuck in my job for awhile now. I have to help my mom out.

:lol

That would be great but it might not make sense, financially, for Universal to do it.

Because it wouldn't make any difference if it was vs. regular DVD? :dunno

Blu-Ray looks better than DVD :lecture

Well, I'm not TOO lucky today. Just got a driving citation for a cracked windshield and driving on a shoulder when it was my turn to make a right anyway. Cops suck when they are bored with nothing to do. :(

Also, your Asian. Asians can't drive :monkey3

Tulsa ranks number 15 out of the 100 top airports for the highest average airfares. This is why I can't easily meet up with you guys in SF or Orlando. :(

Darth Waller ranks as having a job. This is why when he refuses to meet up with us, he's being a dingbat ramus!

This couldn't be farther from the truth. Many of us have owned the restorations of the main six films on bluray for about two years.

Dracula alone is worth the price of admission and is an amazing tour de force as far as restorations go. :lecture

re: (galactiboy's Cantina) "Where everybody knows your name..."

I bought the Legacy Collections on DVD in years ago and they're well done so I have no desire to upgrade. Old movies to me look better in lesser quality.

Still have my DVDs for the full set of films, but highly recommend the blus for sound and picture quality. The fact that the hiss is finally gone from Dracula is such a relief.

That right there is worth the upgrade.

Thanks for letting me know, I haven't seen them since watching them on analog TV many years ago. :wink1:

Don't feel so bad about it. I had my BFA in 1998, and sorta used it for three years. Then moved into the seemingly comfy shackles of the casino industry for a decade. What a monumental waste of time. Now, I've happily dragged myself out of the slump and into a career I can see myself remaining in for the rest of my life, even beyond retirement. After, of course, returning to school for a second degree, albeit an AAS. I've got well over 200 college credits, am 40 years old, and at long last discovering myself.

Nice pep talk? ;)

I love you! I do feel though, that I'm starting to show my age. Especially with all the greys. :lol

Guys, I'm actually exhausted today, but then it is day 28 of at least 40. It's catching up with me...

re: (galactiboy's Cantina) "Where everybody knows your name..."

Can't believe I'm going to put myself through this insane pain again...

re: (galactiboy's Cantina) "Where everybody knows your name..."

All at once I feel...

Hell no, I'm not gonna do it!

&

Oh hell yeah, I can't wait for this to happen!
