Premium Format Captain America – Allied Charge on Hydra

There's really no need to spoiler that since it's just our speculation and nothing at all official, plus we don't know what will happen, but the first thing I thought was this will lead to Falcom being killed.

Hope not, but that's how these things often go. Falcon's a cool character in his own right, there was no need to make him Captain America. Especially not with Steve looming over him. Falcon is usually either solo, partnered with Steve, or on rare occasions doing missions with the Avengers, but he usually doesn't have someone really "over" him like they're making Steve out to be. Which is really weird since Steve always looked at Falcon as his equal partner.

More sadness, publicity stunts and mismanagement of characters from Marvel.

I don't think it will be appointed like Steve wants it. I think Sam will ask for it to be this way. "There must always be a Captain America". That's what fury told Buck in tWS story arc. Hope to see the quote again.

Sideshow have been a little hit and miss of late...whether it be for QC issues or getting their final production piece to emulate anything like their proto...however, on the other they have nailed various pieces, notably their MJ and Gwen Comiquettes and of course the incredible Superman PF this Captain America PF is one statue that I really hope they get right

I gotta be honest. All the special stuff about this Premium Format has got me nervous. So much detail and such a good paint app. If it translates, I'm going to cry happy tears. If it doesn't... I will cry tears of sorrow.

Thanks Andy. Yep I got XMs a couple months ago. Love it!. I'm equally excited for SSs Cap though. Two very different intrepations.
I like that this is mainly sculpted and I also like the use of the mixed media SS choose for this. the belt and pants look phenomenal.

I can't tell from pics if the white portion of his arms are painted or if that's material. Assuming paint because its white? Sorry if this has been answered

Totally agree James as for the white portions of the arms and the red/white stripes around the mid-rift, I'm gonna go out on a limb and say that they are material at least I'd like it to be the weathering on this piece is what really makes it a kick-ass PF for me...lets hope it converts just aswell on the production line

I did the same exact thing! Haha. Not unnatural at all.

Also, every time this gets bumped, I get giddy!
