I think because buu was listed as majin buu he lost the fan poll. Lot of people specifically want one version.

@Blood I really want a figuarts goku in that spirit bomb position so it's perfect for zero, I wouldn't need to switch it up. If all is perfect, expression, outfit etc, I'll buy it fo' sho.

Jep. That vegeta zero with ssj goku's effects still looks damn awesome imo. And I could perhaps use vegeta's effect parts with normal figuarts in some way.

So currently ssj goku, piccolo, ssj vegeta and the rumored spirit goku are on my list. Trunks and frieza ain't gonna make it, don't like their poses.

I'd put the zeros in my glass cabinet for extra style, kinda dig it. Rather remain within one brand than branch out to other statues. And if they're in the correct enough position, I can like statues.

I'm positive I remember reading how DBZ doesn't sell all that well in Japan. If it wasn't for Bluefinn's influence we would probably still be getting safe main character variants.

I recall reading something similar, how Japan's fanbase doesn't really care for villains that much, and they typically prefer statues over articulated figures. And it's weird because all of the unique DBZ merchandise in existence can all be found in Japan, whereas Western audiences will eat all that up in an instant.

Honestly I think they just felt no reason to hold off on 16, they clearly have them all three, having them all three available at once is only commercially tactical. Kinda makes sense.
