If I had a poll with only 10 slots and only 1 choice I'd make this list:

Kid Buu
Majin Vegeta
Broly
Grown up Gohan (1 or multiple versions)
Tien (& possibly later Yamcha) (Because who the **** wants yamcha but not tien?)
Saiyan Armoured Trunks (Long hair)
Beerus/Bills (don't get why people call him Bills)
Nappa (& possibly later Raditz) (Same deal as with tine&yamcha)
Other forms of Frieza, Cell or Buu. (to gauge whether people want the same character multiple times)
Bardock (sigh... it is what it is)

If there's ANYTHING that anyone believes would make it in the top 10 that's not in this list in some way I'd be surprised. This list I'd say has the highest fan-warranted priority. Any poll that misses anything on this list is a bad one imo.

I guess I left out my own nr 1 want Saiyan Saga Goku, and also left out ssj2 Goku, but honestly, Goku doesn't really need any lobbying.

We already know from our own poll that Kid Buu should be the release after 17. That's just undeniable overall as well. So we might as well leave him off.

So highly assuming and accepting Kid Buu is the release after 17, I'd modify the list to:

Broly
Ultimate Gohan (or Great Saiyaman with bonus ultimate Gohan headsculpt?)
Tien
Saiyan Armoured Trunks
Beerus
Nappa
1st form Cell
1st form Frieza
Bardock

Or should ANdroid 16 be in there and if so, what to take out?

Actually if Broly is confirmed we can throw him off the list as well and put two versions of grown up Gohan in there.

So what should I do, put in Ultimate Gohan, Great Saiyaman + U-Gohan bonus head, or just 'Buu Era Gohan'?

I'd think Boo era Gohan to be safe.

Yeah it's a hard one, problem is, how many people want one gohan version, but NOT the other? Because if that number is significant, the poll gets swayed unfairly calculatively toward gohan as votes are added up that shouldn't be. But there just isn't enough space for more than one gohan entry.

I think for a lot of things the poll can be okay though.
Tien > opens door to yamcha
Nappa > opens door to raditz, kid gohan and other saiyan saga characters
1st Form Frieza > opens door to other namek characters.

Via that thinking, the poll should be okay, as in all those cases we'd get that character before any of the ones that could follow it for sure I'd say.
