I will say that I would much rather a majin Vegeta or Vegetto though, but if it helps the line im all for Broly.

Exactly, if Broly sells well, Tamashii may show more interest in tackling big or more complex figures like Nappa and Super Buu.

From what we've heard, the reason they are interested in Broly is because he won all the fan polls and their major focus now will be Saiyans.

focusing on Saiyans ... so we have , post time chamber trunks, majin vegeta, SS old Gohan, Saiyaman, young trunks, goten, gotenks, brolly possibly SS4's?... I doubt they'll do SS 2's.

bah still not liking that idea... I hope this line doesn't die before we get tien, chaotzu and Yamcha...othrerwise im just gonna have to customise myself some.

are there any guides about to help beginner customisers with figuarts???????

Excellent collection man, those are some cool poses too. Too bad you're not getting 17 & 18, but to each his own. However, there's also an unknown 4th character that's gonna be released before the end of this year, so don't count yourself out just yet!

You're display looks fantastic albundyland. There's a lot of incredible stuff out there, so no one can blame you. Bowen is incredible! If you have thoughts on or get back in the line and have some cool pics, I'd be interested in seeing them!

For us waiting for the May 30th release, at least it will make SDCC and the Android 18 release seem quicker!

Thanks for checking it out! The Androids look amazing! I think Bandai did a great job with them. I'm looking forward to SDCC and see potentially what they have in store for this line.

Yeah...I don't even what to say how much I've spent on collectibles over the past couple years. I'm a freelance artist in my spare time, so I've been using funds from that towards my collectibles. I've become an artist wh*re. I'll do anything people want, art wise, for money. Lol.

Ive said it before, but Tien, Yamcha and especially chaoztu are niche characters that wont sell well, at best they will be the final figures made and worse if made may cause the end of the line. The minute you start doing minor characters is when a line dies, just look at jakks pacific for example.

Which they won't, I'm sorry but I think Broly will be a financial let down for them unless they REALLY knock it out of the park. And even then he'll probably sell poorly in Japan it seems, which won't be to their liking.

Still think Broly fans are setting their expectations too high. If they prove me wrong, all the better for you guys.

So, these are essentially my Japanese franchise collectibles shelves now. I've sold my second saiyan Vegeta so this is literally everything I own based on Japanese franchises.
I know it must look boring to many of you, but I kinda like the simple presentation of it. I'd love to see you guys' collections now that/when you've got Goku! (No I hadn't finish dusting the mmpr part of the shelf yet.)

Can't wait to add yellow and blue (there's enough space for it) and 17 and 18 will go below this on a seperate spot or next to cell. And then honestly, it feels kinda complete to me. I'd love to add Tien to it, but if I collect anything else it's gonna be separated from this.

doubtful we will ever see SS4, as those are no longer official.

It depends on which version of Broly they'll put out, the lean slender version with head swaps, or the huge Hulk-version. The standard version will be safer and will probably make a good profit for Tamashii.

Chaiotzu is a background character that has 0% chance of being made, in the same boat with Yajirobe or Dende. I'd say Tienshinhan has a slightly better chance than Yamcha, though, because I dunno.

I think if we do get a Tien, he will likely come with Chaiotzu. Same with Yamcha and Puar. Would be nice to have all the Z-fighters in Figuarts form, even if the human fighters essentially became useless by the end of the series.

If Tamashii decides to branch out and make a Dragonball subline, then I'd see them Tien and Yamcha being made as almost guaranteed, as it stands they probably don't care enough. The best bet for Chiaotzu being made would be a pack in for Tien because I doubt many people would be interested in buying such a tiny figure of a minor character.

Just got Goku in the UK from Toy Arena - they declared it at $15.00 to stop the realm from ransoming him so thumbs up. Does anyone know why their labels and tracking numbers are from Swedish Post though? they're based in California

Goku is an amazing figure, really happy with him. If I had to nitpick I'd only say I wish they included a swap out belt, like Krillin's, with the knot and dangling edges for a pre-android feel. Also why do the shoulders have a pointy overhang I wonder? on the box they look like a different mould. None of this detracts though!

The orange gi has some nice shading on it, it isn't just a flat orange all over.
