Glad teemu that you still love it. I have just notice I helped give two people there grails.

Hmm...I have 2 actually 12 inch Mego Hulk(which is atainable) and CY-Girl Swan but she's going for serious money right now.

The Undertaker 17" statue from McFarlane SIGNED by The Deadman himself!
(No. 36 Out of 50)

I Used to watch this guy since 1990 when I was 5 years old, it's an honor to have such a piece.

My holy grail statue right now has to be the Sideshow Alien Warrior Maquette statue. Looks stunning but prohibitively expensive now!

My holy grail statue would have to be…

… And my cornerstone will be…

I don't really have a centrepiece. I pretty much like all my stuff equally. Maybe the most impressive piece I have is my Randy Cooper SD model, but due to it's size, it's off to the side, and thus not a centrepiece, no matter how visually imposing it is. I like to arrange pieces so they don't really stand out anyway, I prefer them to have other pieces surrounding them or to the side of them, so it all melds into a conglomeration of prop and toy impressiveness. :)

If anything, of the display cases I have, it would be the Indy stuff, but Indy has a lot of gold plated shiny stuff, so the Indy shelf really does visually pop.

My centerpiece is my iminime Cowboy, and, for a long time, I'd say that Blondie was my grail piece, as I could never find one that really met my expectations.

Nowadays, though, as far as an "unattainable" grail goes, it's harder and harder to think of one. To be completely honest, this hobby embodies that spirit that "nothing is impossible." 5 years ago, I never would've thought there would be licensed 89 products, and a year ago, I never thought we'd be seeing anything from the Adam West series, as it had been in limbo for so long.

So, to think of that "unattainable figure," I'd probably have to think outside the box, and, even then, the only reason for it being unattainable would be purely financial. With that in mind, what the hell; my "grail" would probably be a line-up of TDK Trilogy figures from the likes of Adam and Kato commissioned to my specifications.:lol I just think that'd be the coolest thing in the world, to be able to pick any sort of variation for the main characters from Ra's to Two-Face and beyond.

My grail would have to be Big Chief's 10th Doctor (the signature addition). Several recently sold on ebay for $1200... and now there's one up for $3,500.... way to much since the retail price was only about $200. *sigh* The prices now are way out of my 'starving artists' budget.

Lifesize Endoskeleton... It's the centerpiece and I don't really have a choice :lol Biggest collectible I own!

Hmmm...

Currently my

Sideshow Jaws 'Bruce' maquette
Sideshow Iron Man mk1 maquette
HCG 1:2 Endoskeleton

But I have a couple of things on pre-order that may change that :gah:

Keaton 1989 batman hot toys, I waited so long, and he's beautiful.

Keaton is also my grail piece in my collection. I used to really dislike the damn figure and looked for potential trades for it. All because of the ugly cape but purchased on off Tony mei and wow I can't stop looking at it.
