I don't know if any of you noticed but the photo on the sideshow website now shows the arc reactor upside down as well. Pretty tricky of them.

I'm still getting the original picture...Crafty Bastards! They changed the P2 LSB product picture when it started shipping nothing like the proto.

I just heard about the arc reactor being in the incorrect position just a little bit ago and wanted to jump in here. All of the pieces will in fact have the arc reactor (on the internal portion of the piece) in the wrong position unfortunately. There should be an email going out today or tomorrow to applicable customers about the changed positioning of the arc reactor. Those who have already received their piece in hand (or are reading this now and haven't received theres yet) can contact customer service directly to cancel their order or have a return issued to receive a refund (if you've already received) if the arc reactors look is not to your liking.
I certainly understand that this unfortunate error on the piece is very disappointing for y'all after having had to wait to so long to receive it. I hope that many will still be happy with their piece if they choose to keep it but we don't want folks to keep their pieces (or receive them) if they are unhappy about the final look of the internal arc reactor, so please do contact our customer service department directly if you wish to cancel your order/receive a refund.

Yep, very shady business tactics they are starting to rely on. If you put the pictures side by side you'll see the overall colour has changed also...
At least this one has been acknowledged.. ^^^

Yup! Exactly the same photo, shadow and battle damage, but the AR has flipped and the red looks lighter

Everyone should be satisfied with the option given although this is very unfortunate after the long delay.
First impressions seeing the new image on the website was very worrying, as you would expect.
Shame about the error but at least SS have put their hands up.

How is offering refunds and returns a solution??
They should recall the line before they ship and have them fixed at their expense. THAT would be a solution.
This is one of those times that we need to voice our unhappiness with our wallets. I just cancelled mine, I'm sick of the deceptive business practice they employ.

Exactly! The only solution that would really make me happy would be if they offered to fix the Arc Reactors.
And yeah, they definitely tried to deceive us (and future buyers) by changing the image on their website. They were faster to photoshop and upload a new picture then they were to come here and explain the situation.
But really, the BEST part of all this is how the recasts not only came out way before the actual product, they actually come with accurate Arc Reactors. Oh man, you got love that.
