This is so very sad ,i feel for your loss ,i didnt know him personally ,but felt i knew him from his posts ,and if i may say he illustrated your very close bond through his love of you and your shared love of collecting ,again im so very sorry for your loss ,as his favorite batman would say "rest in piece old chum "

Yeah that's....well it feels bizarre for some reason. You just never know as they say. Very sad.

That is absolutely unbelievable, not to mention tragic. Even though I don't post here anymore, I read Woodward's posts with enjoyment. I didn't know him personally of course, by my sincere condolences go out to his wife and family.

Re: MMS200 - Man of Steel: Superman Collectible Figure

I always wondered what my family would do with my collectibles if I passed. Would they know what they were worth and get ripped off? Hold on to them forever or pass them on to other family?

I should get a will.

Anyway, sad to hear.

Re: MMS200 - Man of Steel: Superman Collectible Figure

Its made me wonder would anyone in my family think to go on my forums letting people know I had died. Not sure they would.

Perhaps I should have it be assumed by my friends here that if I ever stop posting without any advance notification of such then chances are I have in fact died. I wouldn't just disappear without warning.

Re: MMS200 - Man of Steel: Superman Collectible Figure

Jesus, this is just awful. I was out having lunch with my family when I signed on to read the terrible news. I didn't know DGT personally, I had a bit of a laugh with him on here from time to time, but it's affected me greatly. Very very sad, my wife asked me what was wrong, and it felt strange to explain, everything here is so anonymous, yet personal at the same time. My thoughts and best wishes go out to his family.
May you rest in peace man, hopefully somewhere a lot nicer than this place.

:(

Re: MMS200 - Man of Steel: Superman Collectible Figure

Oh my god....he was one of the good ones here...

Christ...right before the holidays.

You'll be missed friend. I didn't know you personally, but through the limited time i spent chatting with you here, i could tell you were a good guy.

R.I.P

Re: MMS200 - Man of Steel: Superman Collectible Figure

Seems like just the other day that he was talking about much he was looking forward to the MOS figure, and that both he and his wife were both eager to get it.
He was taken from us too soon.

Re: MMS200 - Man of Steel: Superman Collectible Figure

DGT is DEAD?!!!! AW HELL NO!

What horrible news, and right before Christmas, too. Condolences to his family, and wherever he is.... may he be flying free. Geez what a thing to log in and see! Poor guy.

crazy to think how quickly things can change
I do remember being in awe as he mentioned he has been collecting for 20 yrs(if I recall correctly)
and the guy made me laugh, when I saw he did his hulk review in his underwear(although, he claims they were shorts)
hope his family the best
