I noticed your signature Maglor so Hot Toys doesn't use Barbell pegs anymore? They are all like the DX11 pegs?

They seem to be going with the DX11 design across the board. I have no desire to mess with my Catwoman or DX11 figures because of it. I just really hate the design. It takes all the joy out of posing for me.

Who knows what Hot Toys will do, but that's my impression. I'm guessing they see it as an answer to weak ankles, but I have plenty of figures with very strong barbell ankles, so they can be done right.

Just opened mine for inspection and I'm blown away.. What a great figure with amazing detail! And now I can't wait to get my custom tony meis cape

No I meant like have you noticed that all the other Hot Toys figures after the Joker 2.0 have had those horrible ankles, because I thought it was just Luke and the Joker 2.0 that had them. Have you collected any other figures since the DX11(except this 1/4 scale figure)?

Also I actually found the new ankles to be weaker than the barbell ones they just seem to collapse to easily.

Hmm that's true and she is a pretty recent figure. Looks like they are going that way now. Don't you think the new ankles are worse as far as stability goes?

Got a quick question. To get the ab straps up under the armor better. Will heating it up help? Mine is real tight on the right side and doesn't really want to move.

Can't be worse. I could stand Catwoman with one foot flat and the other on the tip of the foot yet it never toppled.
