I think I maybe in the minority if I say that I love how the EB stand works, though cheaply made. I do appreciate diorama stands, but EB's black/aluminum stand for their TDK figures are simple enough not to steal the show from the figure itself, especially if displayed in neutral stance just like how I have my EB Batman on it, as well as Rorywan's QS001 in his photo.

I spoke with someone at Sideshow and was told that they haven't heard from Hot Toys regarding the regular edition but hope to send out 2 week notices sometime late next week. Whether that's some standard answer to get me off the phone is anyone's guess

Got my email from SS as well, processing begins on 9-26. From most accounts (and for the giant wad of $$$ this beast costs) it should stand fine on its' own, as I have a backup plan for displaying it solo if it doesn't scale well with the EB Joker I own. Regarding the stand it comes with, I'm going to try & see how well it works with my HT Spider-Man figure...I think with a 1/6 scale figure it might (and I stress MIGHT) be salvageable.

Unknown, but I asked the question Monday morning via email, and Tracie in Customer Service said they should arrive in their warehouse next week. Don't know if this is true, but Tracie contacted me last month on inquiries of my 89 Hot Toys Batmobile, and the Hot Toys Tony Stark and she was dead on on ship dates. So, my fingers are definitely crossed!

I actually just emailed them today and asked them about the batman. Havent heard from them yet though. I wonder how Bbts could be getting the regular edition before SS? Doesn't make sense.
