:exactly: At least that's what toys are made for: playing around with. I love that The Chev is having so much fun posing his DX11 and DX12 figures, my thought: exactly what the figures are for in the first place. :yess:

I agree! Even if I had the money I wouldnt want two. Half the fun of having an articulated awesome looking figure is re posing it! Everytime I do it it sort of makes the figure feel new again. :clap

Does this mean this figure an take a lotbof stress and pressure? I dont think the dx12 can be posed kneeling like that..

Don't think it would be a good idea to keep him in that kind of pose for very long...

The paunch? Oh come on guys, you're making a mountain out of a mole hill. This is battle armour, not a skin tight leotard. Certain parts are going to stick out. Most likely for durability .. When you wear any type of armour (soft body armour, ballistic vest) you need the stomach to be loose for when you sit down so you can expand for comfort. ;)

Well, it looks bad. It's all I see in those pics. Well that and the ridiculous amount of strap that is showing above the abs. I'm hoping that proper futzing of the second issue helps fix the first issue.

:rotfl Finally a use for that ridiculous face plate!

Excellent job working with the eye line in that second frame.

Grail for me! I am very happy that the stock figure is excellent! Can't wait for Timcent' s shipping notice!:impatient:

I'm away at the moment so only just seen the bloggers pic due to limited wifi so what's the opinion? Do we love it?

Not blown away by any of the bloggers pics myself :dunno

First FUPA, now paunch. :lecture :lol

What is FUPA?

I never noticed a problem with a gut till people pointed it out. Regardless, I would not mod a $600 figure gut or no gut, but I know your a perfectionist Maglor, so if you mod it I know you will make it look good. Thus, I look forward to seeing your tutorial. ;)

Wow I thought I was the only one, although Kapital's pics look nice I am not blown away either from what I have seen so far. That being said it still looks like a nice figure.

Ok! What is this you don't t like? Body proportions, Wayne head, Cowl?

On a more serious note, though, this thing, in my opinion, truly defines why Hot Toys chose the last part of their name. I totally understand why many want multiple figures, but, to me, I think this thing is really a centerpiece, if you will, and it seems like having an army of them would actually detract from its "special" status, IMO. With that being said, there's so many different options to choose from. That being said, if I wanted something that stayed in one position, I'd buy a PF.

Going back to the first (second?) part of my post, I actually think that's one of the reasons I'm so excited for this. Not only because it's incredibly awesome, but because it's brining out my 8-year old self, again. All of the possibilities mean I can actually see myself having fun with a Hot Toys figure. The way I see it, if you changed the pose once a month, you'd probably be set for over a year.:lol

Now, I actually want to try to figure out just how many screen accurate variations can be achieved with this thing.:lol
