on other note...is it just me or this thread is getting shorter ?

Thankfully.

We like to mix it up a little each year, and keep it fresh by adding some fun new elements. But we still have the same small team, so when we add a few things, something inevitably has to get dropped. So there is no one OVERARCHING scavenger hunt that lasts the entire event this year, but there will be a few small, mini-hunts (such as last night's quest for spike) sprinkled throughout

It was a little maddening last year.

I find the lack of original SSC product disturbing.....when I saw so many boxes I figured we'd get a slew of new original SSC product but about half is all distributed stuff....

I hope we see more Sideshow made items before this is all done, it's nice to see disti stuff, but I follow Sideshow for their work, and I want to see more of it.

We didn't get many last year, and I didn't expect a lot this year. Again, this isn't like Toy Fair or SDCC.

I don't mind the distributed stuff- it's great! Hot Toys are a leader in this field. The more the better.

Sideshow give me a new PZ. I will buy it.

I like Hot Toys and Medicom, but I like Aliens, Predator, T2, LOTR and Star Wars, all lines I'm hoping for some forward momentum with from SSC themselves.

Can't wait to see what the other licenses will be, with everything they have now, I can't even guess what it might be, though if there really is Shaun of the Dead stuff tomorrow, and it's SSC made, then that should take one of the other license slots.

HOLY $%#$%#!!!! That's not what I preordered at SDCC!!! That looks so much cheaper than the prototype... I'm very disappointed in that.
