Ignore is a personal pref. ;) Unlike the real world, when you don't see them, they don't exist.

Who was the second person you blocked? Leon 911? What the hell did he do? Constructively and politely criticized a doll with an opinion you don't agree with? Or was it that tongue in cheek ipad comment? Hell, everyone jumped on JorReno and the guy has made less than 10 posts in this thread entirely. One negative post and he's deemed a troll.

You better announce that you're going to block me too, because I agree with both of their sentiments. Breakable, light on gear, too expensive, bad value and a source material I'm not fond of.

Trolling? I don't think so. I seem to remember an incident like this before . . .

Amen, DiFabio.
Did someone who hated this figure kill that dude's family or something?
I am in no way trolling. I just dislike this figure...

Seems a difference of opinion is a terrible thing on these boards.

Trolling?

The person I blocked was trolling. To give them the benefit of the doubt I went ahead and checked other posts in other threads.

Some people can express dissatisfaction constructively, adding to the group discussion and generally making a thread a positive experience overall. Some people can't.

We all know this (and every) figure has flaws and there's a lot of room to discuss them, including what can be done to remedy, alternatives, how we wish the price were better, etc. Speaking personally, and based on the content being posted, I didn't feel that was the intention and I simply didn't want to waste my time, nor have posts I considered useless cluttering up those from everyone else who seem to get it.

I've been reading and writing in online forums for over 25 years now - it's easy to draw the line sometimes.

No offense but I'd think I should just chime in here and say that I blocked pixelpiper like six months ago because all his posts very really hostile and rude. I've never personally had a problem with him. And he's also the only person I've blocked lol

I don't have the figure but does anyone has any issues with the suit? It seems very fragile

I'm curious too. If I wanted one of those custom outfits, would it be too rough to take the suit off and put it back on a couple times? Are people buying knock-off bodies?

Breakable, light on gear, too expensive, bad value and a source material I'm not fond of.

With the exception of "source material I'm not fond of," I agree too. I gingerly put her in a pose I could live with, placing the goggles in her hand for fear of breaking them. If the DCD 1/6 statue had the goggles in the "up" position, I would have returned this figure for a refund.

Guess I'm the troll with 49 years of experience collecting Batman. :lol

Way too many noobs on this forum whose collections begin with "Hot," and end with "Toys," and have nothing in between.

Some people just don't collect statues. What I really don't understand is someone keeping this figure if they dislike it or don't feel it's a balanced value to them. Get rid of it, make some profit.

Guys. Its ok if he wants to block me. The world outside is rough and tough. The best part about life is both - respecting agreements and disagreements alike. I am wondering what he does if there is a meeting at work and there is a disagreement, probably run and hide behind the office water cooler.

On a lighter note - Dnt worry, i will smoke him out from behind the water cooler ... :) but then ... Who cares! ;)

Just for those who get offended when someone says something negative - we are all in this hobby because of our passion, and sometimes our expectations lead us to be a bit more dissaponted than others. We can either fight it out or merely voice our views and hope there are mature people who will respectfully disagree and have a mature discussion.

REALLY ?

Care to explain?
When I was in France in the mid to late 80's we had the Minitel which was a kind of internet before the internet, but online forums 25 years ago I'd really like to hear about. :cuckoo:

Over 25. Like 28 or so, since 1985. You know that online forums have been around since the 70's right?

This figure grew on me. Thought it was too simple at first having no frills, but it does have presence in my shelf. Definitely looks so much better with the goggles than without. Since it took a few attempts to get the goggles on, the hair got slightly out of hand. I had a spare toothbrush around and, along with a little gel, really helped me get the hair manageable.
