Here is my new diorama for my figuarts! Glass case being made as we speak.




added some earrings to my vegito custom. THEY were SO hard to put on because of how small they are.
It also looks a bit shiny because i added clear coating to protect the paint so its wet, the clear will give it a flat look.

Hell, heres the examples, lets settle this once and for all

This is about 99% the scene they based trunks off, seeing as its the only time trunks hair has front bangs, the rest it is always the two hairs only:

Next is SSJ Goku, again, almost certain this is where they got his sculpt and size from, since the figure is quite bulky, and this is the only time Goku is that wide in the chest area:

Next is Piccolo, not much to disagree here but its most likley where they got his proportions from; I chose the androids saga version since most of the figures are sculpted from that saga, plus, version before arent old enough looking to be consistent:

Perfect cell next, notice how lanky and short he is compared to krillin? yep, id go with this one for his figure proportions:

Cant find a pic for vegeta since Google likes to just show fanart of him lol, but im 100% positic#ve his sculpt came from his #19 fight due to a lack of brown on his boots.

Saiyan vegeta is the only one tamashii got lazy with, since he was never that bulky back then, but its close enough imo.

Well were not debating on so much about what they based on, it kind turned into a debate basically about Trunks height. They did definitely base Trunks off that one panel and they were wrong in doing so. It's the only time in the Anime that he appears to be a child. He almost looks the height of Gohan when he fought Cell.

And Cell's figure should of been taller as well, 16 was only a little taller IIRC.

the one in the center came from the oozaru. The one where cell and frieza are on and the one trunks is sitting on were sculpted by me.

I just got my Freiza and hes so awesome. There's so many different poses I want for him and I can't decide.

So far I only have Goku, scouter Vegeta and Freiza.

I'm most likely going to pick up Cell. I want a Gohan but the prices for him seem a little high.

I'm not really a fan of Piccolo so I'll just pass on him. I don't really like SSJ3 Goku but I would pick him up if I could get him cheap enough. Same for Trunks.

Anyone know where I could find Gohan for cheaper than like $80.

in forums... i picked up a gohan and trunks (without box) all accesories for 85$ and i just picked up a loose a ssj 3 goku with no effect part but everything else for 35$..ive also seen two ss vegetas sell for 55 and 60 with everything just used for display i missed out on both of those

Super Saiyan must make you shorter.

Lol it's a whole different camera angle where trunks is not super saiyan . The camera angle is up higher . The one where they're both super saiyan ,the camera is at floor to mid waist angle from they're sides and shows the best height comparison. And that's the correct height .
