My QS 001 story:

Day 1: OMG! THIS IS EVERYTHING I COULD POSSIBLY WANT IN A BATMAN FIGURE! BOUGHT!!!!

Day 3: Wow, that...looks pretty terrible, I really hope they fix the issues with it. It has so much potential.

Day 10: FIX THIS, HT!

Day 53: FIX THIS, HT!

Day 85: FIX THIS, HT!

Day 145: I really hope they fix it, but I don't think it's likely; so much wasted potential.

Day 200: If they don't fix this thing, I'm going to be pissed, and I won't buy it.

Day 354: It's probably going to be the same ****ty prototype.

Day 355: Oh my god, I can't believe it! They actually did it! Thank you, HT, for making this thing reach its potential! So BOUGHT!

Hot toys Japan site says its an August release, along with DX13 T2 BD amongst others (ill post the list ASAP). Guess well find out at the end of the week when the post the standard "figures released this month" pic, however that said they never did that with the 89 Batmobile, they just told us the size of the box, next minute people have it in hand!

No way August- the Wayne HS wasn't shown because of good reason- not ready yet..has to be..but I'd be THRILLED if I were wrong!

That would make sense for a September/October release date in the US. Usually at least a month ahead for HK.

Actually I'm kind of glad this figure won't come out next week.
because this figure still need a bit tweaks. and I really hope this will be my ultimate batman figure, although I also wish HT won't need this much time to deliver us the figure

Just checked the Sideshow site and now this figure is Sold Out and only waitlist is available.

Wow, even the regular version's now waitlisted? That tells us that the updated figure we've seen at the SDCC's done a good job at boosting the sales

I think i'm going to get 2 custom made acrylic display cases made as i can't find a company that does a specific case for 1/4 yet?

I'll just have to make sure there's room at the top for some LED lights

Legend Studio's Master Light display cases just released one, and I believe Geil has one for his 1/4 Endo. Not sure if QS001 would fit with enough headroom left given his ears. Hopefully Geil could tell us. 1/4 Endo is also shorter than usual 1/4 scale figures.

I have a EB BD T-800 in another and that one w stand is a tight fit w maybe 3/4" headroom and arms angled to the sides. Not sure if this one will fit. I will try to get a picture up tomorrow

Thanks Geil! I hope you didn't mind my using your photo for my previous post.

Looking at the base of QS001, I noticed that the figure shares the same base with QS002, only made different by the diorama sculpt. I'm more inclined to believe that QS001 won't fit in the Legends Studio case much to my disappointment, as I wanted to get one for it.

I think only Tony Stark himself would be able to keep up with all these armors Hot Toys are releasing. The best thing to do is pick 1 that appeals to you out of all of them and just keep that 1 lol as I am doing with the Heartbreaker armor.

P.s. The guy who gave batman that gay *** pose needs to be shot at dawn through his stupid head... Could have posed him with just batarangs ready to be thrown and we would have loved it. Dont know where hes going with the hip thrust pose.
