Thanks for the feedback but no worries The hair and beard are just crude place holders as some people have a hard time seeing a likeness when a head is bald and has no facial hair when the character does.

This could be a good reference picture:

I think his ears are slightly different, so it should be taken into account. His eyes are slightly smaller than the WIP you have shown, and it is kind of tricky. Overall it looks great.
And as Adam Gu does, it is good to see actor photos, so the sculpt really represents the person, and than tweak according to a character features:

And I agree. Any character should be based on the actor and NOT the character. Facial hair and expressions can always be added later and if your base head is right then the rest comes together.

Thanks man - Should pick them up in the next day or so. He told me he is a bit behind. I may get a partial shipment and send them on out. Tired of waiting but I know yours is done!
