SF4 and all its versions sold over 6.4 million copies and sub 1000 of these total were made,do the math....demand for these will be nuts. Ill never let mine go though. Its my first statue ever and probably the only one Ill ever need besides an updated Ryu from PCS. Very very pleased. #237 here, really wanted 91 or 92 oh well.

i got mine from BBTS, didnt order in time for either of the exclusives so i am trying to track down one of them but if i dont find one i will be happy with my reg

To be honest not everyone that plays the video games collects action figures/statues. For example i didn't even know that there was a 1/4 statue market for ANYTHING (nevermind just SF). I used to see statues in shops and laugh thinking "why the hell would anyone pay $900 for a collectible when they can pay $20-$40 for a action figure" lol

But I finally came around - and it looks like I missed the boat coz I missed so many pieces But on the upside, my fave players are Balrog, Blanka and Sagat so I've still got a chance for 2/3.

In the meatime, this will have to hold the spot for my SS EX haha

And thats the beauty of the thing. Obviously not everyone who plays SF is gonna want to buy this or even know of it. But people like you and me who transitioned from $20 action figures to $400 statues because we found out they actually exist,are the same people that will push the price of this piece even further. People coming in late to the game will pay these prices and the more fans that find out these actually exist,the more the price goes up. I thank everything holy that I saw this piece showcased at last years SDCC as I never would of knew it existed. I didnt even care for statues until I saw this. There are many more like us out there,just waiting for fate to show them the way to this Masterpiece! Unluckily for them because prices will be crazy. Sorry you missed out on this,like you I love Balrog,Blanka and Sagat,Ryu as well. At least you will have a heads up on these characters as they have yet to be made. But Id say grab a Sagat if you can,you will not even worry about what you paid once you get him in hand.

yea man, I'm on the waitlist for a regular at SSC and praying it converts. I guess we can always hope for revisits for the characters we missed


On a side note, does anyone know how long it takes for them to decide whether they're going to fulfill waitlisters or cancel them?
I got an email saying my waitlist for the EX could not be fulfilled about 2 weeks ago. But there's still no been word on the regular

Going to be tough to find man, sagat turned out to be one of best statues Pop cultures done to date, price is going for around $800 up for the ss ex, over time I can see it easily going over $1000, good luck bud i'll keep an eye out if any come up!
