Mine dove off my TV shelf last night and broke his left calf and foot off right below the knee. A bit of glue will fix it right up...but wow...it scared the crap outta me at 12:30am when he took to the air in a last ditch effort to fly...and failed.

Hey guyz here are a few WIP PICS. of my Battle Damage Cap.He's about 80% done and to be honest with you this figure should've been done about three weeks ago but when you have kids,plans NEVER pan out!I included a PIC of Cap next to EB Rambo and also a group shot.As a matter of fact that's the last PIC of Ironman before he gets the BD treatment as well!I know that these are nothing more than a large action figure but they stand their own ground next to my other figures!In other words,i don't regret buying these and will continue to support NECA's 1/4 scale lines!

What is it about Neca that people love to BD them.

Looks good.

It actually looks so good that it looks like something that is too grimey, filthy and dirty to place on a clean shelf.

Price does make it easier to lose the fear of mucking something up, but I think the main reason people BD NECA toys is that they aren't that great right out of the box.
Doing BD is a fairly easy way of improving a good toy.

Hey Guys, I just got my Ironman the other day, and the paint on it is good, however the LED in the head dont work. Any ideas on how I can fix this? Does the head pop off (without breaking of course) and is the wiring easy to get to?

The head pops right off, but you can't get to the wiring that way. Have you tried reinserting the batteries?

try putting back that plastic thing that blocks the contact and make the LED to not work. Then keep moving the head in all directions. Remove the plastic and try the switch. it worked for me
