Yeah you're right, most people didn't see Dredd.
But I mean, it's Superman!
I guess most non-readers are inexplicably "tired" of Superman from what I've seen.
Most of the people I know are like: "Aw he's so OP'd it's so boring, no one can kill him what's the point?" and "It's the laziest superhero ever".

You know this is not the last we have seen of krypton or Jor-el has I am sure we will see references to it as the squeals come out.
I almost certain that when Brainiac is introduced it wil reference Krypton and Jor-el as it as the basis for the AI for the robot in the movie. I hoping for a similar treatment that was given in to him in the cartoon as Braniac was the lying to the council in order to save himself.

Man, now I'm just picturing this movie but with Batman flying the Bat instead of Col. Hardy in the C-130. Bruce could have been the one to figure out what the terraforming machine was doing and what its weakness was as well.

They could have had a scene like in Star Trek where Clark calls up Batman to ask if Zod is a threat.
In all seriousness if they are going for a JL, it's going to be pretty damn tough to do boyscout Clark who looks down at Batman's methods after he's leveled half his own city.

So...having seen it yesterday, I JUST can´t say anything negative.
I know I´m totally biased, cause I just ******´love this character, but I´m just giving him 10/10.
The action was relentless, which was excellent cause a Superman movie needed it and finally got it. All fight went perfect, love how he first got it handed to him and then got into his game, learning how to use is powers IN fight.
Characters were brought great. Loved how the found a solution for Crowe to get more screentime in no hilarious manner. Only Lara´s actress didn´t get any emotion from me. Didn´t like the Actress. I was totally pumped about Antje Traue as Faora and she killed it. Really played the battle hardened and fast soldier really believable and I can´t say anything bad about Michael Shannon. Great Choice for Zod and imo they couldn´t have casted him better, almost as equal to Henry Cavill who really was THE choice for Superman. His actin was great, really gave life to this character and how he handled his powers were top notch.
Since I had the score beforehand, it´s needless to say that I love it and it fit´s the movie perfect.
Like I said 10/10 for me and will deffo watch it at least 2 more times.

I honestly think that was just the lighting that made Cavill look like Reeve in that split second. I highly doubt it was any form of computer magic. He kinda looks like Reeve here but it definitely isn't the man himself.
