Very sorry that response time from our returns department has been slower as of late. Response time is taking up to 7 business days to get back to folks in regards to their inquiries. If you do not hear back within that time then please feel free to contact our customer service department to find out where you are in the queue. All inquiries are handled in the order in which they are received.

Also, there are replacement parts available specifically for return purposes. Should a piece reported to our returns department merit a full replacement or a replacement part/piece that will be accommodated. Whether a piece is In-Stock or not does not coincide with the amount of replacements available as replacement parts/pieces are made outside of the full production run of an item.

Thanks for the reply, I understand. The thing is I called to ask the returns dept. But the person on the phone said I must reply back by email and I cannot be transfer to the person doing the returns. That why I'm still on the waiting end again. The thing I wanted to ask them is can I return my damage item if there's no replacements so that I can purchase a new one still in stock for sale now. All I want is to get a undamage statue while it's still fir sale. But if I can get replacement parts then that's fine too. I just want to hurry before SS runs out. I will be a happy camper if I can get one undamage.

One can opt to return a piece and then order the same item again if they wish to go that route. Lady Death currently does have replacement pieces/parts for damaged items that qualify for a replacement. Because the returns process is done in the order in which emails are received then people can expect up to 7 days business days as the current response time frame for any and all inquiries. There are currently over 30 pieces remaining of the Lady Death PF Exclusive but I'm not sure how long those will last...perhaps a few more weeks at least.

Alex I have nothing against you as you know and I know you're supposed to say that.
But you probably know lately 7 days is BS. I filed 2 returns finally got a response for one 2 weeks later (only to say that they had nothing for replacement) and I'm still waiting for response on the other 3 weeks later, and yes I left 2 voicemails.
So that's why lately I'm really not impressed.

Before they trimmed down the returns department just a few months ago I got responses within a few days and when I called someone picked up, not it's straight to voicemail and lucky you if they call you back the same day.

Can you PM your name and email address and I can check in with our returns department to get you an update on the response you've been waiting on for 3 weeks please?

Oh and if you could tell me what the piece is that you're awaiting a response for that would be helpful as well. :)

if they did trim down the returns dept, that would make sense. i recently got a replacement hand for my black widow PF but it took like 3 weeks to finally get SSC to send it. i had to go back and forth with someone in customer service and had then remind the returns dept approx 3-4x before i got my replacement email. in the end, i got the replacement piece so I'm happy but returns really has dropped off as of late.

I don't think you will post the answer but why would you do this? I mean really, you have a customer that just drop over $350 on your item. Your asking him to send it back and it will have to be on your dime. Then your saying for him to order it again. Save the Dimes, save the customer.

This customer is not asking for a refund. A replacement yes. The math on this said you made a extra 75 of the items for this kind of problem. If did not, then you have more problems the even I seen (I would never invested in your company, and it does not have to do with this problem).

Alex, I like your items. But your a company that will never see 2020.

What they did, and this was talked about. They killed off everyone (they did not kill them, just a type) but one person. He is over worked. Then again they also did the samething in the CS dept. They gave walking papers to the good CS and left the new ones in place. I really wish someone would give Mike his papers. But I have a feeling he is a family member of has stock in the company, and can vote.

You are right. They did used to take care of problems much faster. I would never place a order online, now its faster for me to do that. I have myself over a hour. NOW!

I'm still waiting for SS to respond to my second email. I hope they get back soon before LD ex sells out.

You kid may have kids before that happens. But I have a feeling it's just best to just order a new one, ship it to another address (or your own?). Let SSC pay to ship the old one back.

I know I have said this and that about SSC in the pass month. But like you. I don't really feel bad about them. I don't really care for the can emails. The Lie's and the problems are they get causat in the lie and they still stand behind the lie.

I found them from the 1/1 and I have found out I can just buy them from the people who make them. Does not save me money, but it it makes sure what I order comes 100% (the 1/1 items.)

Finally got my response for my lady death replacement (thank you Daniel). I am on my 3rd week waiting for another replacement piece to get booked but getting the dumb run-a-round hand painted crap from another rep. I guess i need to return this piece and battle with fedex then, re order this piece again. I order directly from SSC (EXs and regular) to avoid this problem from LCS.

Apologies but I think there may be some confusion in regards to the post I posted to comicbookguy above. HE was asking about the ability to return an item to then turn around and re-order the same piece and he is more than free to do so but he'd have to still go through the return procedure for his damaged piece. Comicbookguy is ALSO free to simply wait for a response about a replacement if the damage to his piece merits a replacement. Should, in the end, a replacement is not deemed possible then he can opt to return it for a refund or take a credit offer (if he gets a credit offer). Again apologies if what I said above said anything otherwise.

Additionally, I never stated there were 75 pieces set aside for replacements. I actually do not how many pieces (total piece or parts) were actually made for the Lady Death PF. :)

Walking papers have not been given to any folks. I'm not sure why this myth keeps popping up...so odd.

Thanks SSAlex for clearing it up. I'm going to wait a few more days For a response to see what happens. Is it possible to say how many LD ex is left? I don't want to wait too long until they are sold out. Thanks

Alex I never said you said 75. The math said there is 10% extra made for replacements. The math also said, there is another 10% to 15% made at the time. Just in case of problems with the run. When a item is numbered. There has to been a end count. Without the end count. There is no numbering of any items.

Point, your Clones EX you have it listed at I have to look but say Rex or Cody? 1,500 ex. They are not number so really you could put out say as less then 300 or as high as 1,500. No one outside the company would ever know. Yet in the case of Lady Death the EX is 750 (I don't know off the top of my head what the Reg is). If you don't put on the market 750. You need to go back and clean off the end count and re count them. This is why you have the over run. Lady Death most likely did not cost more then $40 to make, box, and ship to the USA.

Why I am sure you would post answer to this. If you are not running buy the end count and the rest. Then in the end your end count will always be off. You have to have 750 sell able items

I have no real idea what or how much Comicguy spends. He does like the hunt, as with most of us. But to go so far as to tell someone to just reorder it. When you have one in stock. Your not the only company around. Keep doing this to him and he will stop buying your items.

Yes, SSC did do or better words try to do the samething to me. What did it cost SSC? I don't buy my 1/1 from you.

I was simply answering comicbookguy's question about the possibility of returning and reordering as well as give all the other options he has at his disposal. I am not advising him to make a particular decision....ultimately the route he wants to go with Lady Death is up to him. :)
