Tonight was the second email I've had regarding the DX11 but neither have had the request better packaging option, can someone remind me if that comes in another email?

live chat or phone call to get the option put on your order. never use the "special requests" forms they often get ignored (at least from my experience)

Hm, that's kind of tough. I ended up liking the DX12 more than I thought. I really dig the Wayne sculpt and the suit really is great. The derp eyes and mouths lose it some points though.With the Joker I was pleasantly surprised by the outfit and although the head sculpt is nice with a lot of character and fun to play with I feel like in 4 years we'll be looking at it the same way we look at the DX01. I think they're about equal with maybe the Joker with a slight edge.

Yeah, I really love the Bruce Wayne headsculpt and the body armor/suit.

The cowl head, base and other stuff didn't really impress me though.


I'm super pumped for the Joker. I think I got Nicholson Joker around the same time last year, so that's pretty cool. Joker must = Spring. something about the colors.

The only concern I have is that purple coat. Every pic of it looks bad, but I always see "not as bad in person", so I'll be cautiously optimistic about it. I can't wait to set everything up. All his gear and weapons look cool. After I unbox it, I'll finally upgrade one of the DX 01s to the mob scene/grenade version. I haven't opened up that grenade rig for 4 years.

I was thinking about that the other day.

It seems I only watch TDK around the springtime/summer. Just feels more natural that way. IDK.

I recently realized that the sculpt is supposed to be a mashup of expressions so that he can achieve a variety of looks from different angles. I personally hate the grinning side. I love the other side, that's how I'll be posing him.

Thinking if I should add the pack-out option on this to avoid another damaged box like the DX12, but $10 for an additional box is a bit of a rip-off. Then again, if this has the same problem as DX12 then it probably won't matter if I get the pack-out option, it'll probably rip anyway.

Those of you who already have this, can you confirm if this box is similar to the DX12? As in, does it look like it can rip easily along the edges? Haven't seen anyone complain yet, but I guess not many people own this yet.

My box was in tip top shape, but I got it from amiami which did an excellent job of packing and shipping it.

My DX12 box has a small tear on the outer flap and though I got it from SS, I dont think there was much SS could have done about that. I think that was a problem QC issue on a lot of the DX12 boxes. Bad on HT part.

for $10 extra I would highly advise to anyone overseas.
