Got Bag End yesterday and built it today.
Can't reccomend it enough, all the details are great, this was the only set in a long, long time i've bought for the set itself over the minifigures, i didn't think i'd like the minifigures as much as i do though all are great.

What minifigures that haven't been done do you most want?
For me it's
1. Gandalf the White
2. Sauron
3. Gondor Soldier in printed armour
4. Saruman
5. Frodo & Sam in Orc disguises
6. Faramir

I had been hoping for a Treebeard set so I'm happy that it's at least rumored for 2013.
I'd love to see some kind of LOTR add-on to Bag End, maybe Bilbo's birthday party with old Bilbo, some more hobbits and a dirty-face Merry and Pippin?
Can't wait for a Saruman.
It's hard for me to pick favorites because I'm still so jazzed that they are even doing LOTR. I'm just glad they exist.

It will be interesting to see how much of an insight the video game will be on future figures/sets. For example, will be get a huge buildable Sauron or the minfigure version you unlock later? Also, during that bonus level of "Middle Earth" many of the actual product sets are used there such as Weathertop and Helms Deep. It will be interesting to see if Rivendell, Orthac, Rohan, or any of the other areas will be done like they are on that level too.

For those of you that have Kmart stores, all lord of the rings sets are buy one get one 50% off! Monster fighters and Star Wars also included.
What about Hobbit sets? Do those fall under LotR?

I pre-ordered the first Force Unleashed game with them to get the exclusive figure. I went there at opening the morning it came out. No figures. They said "we'll take your name down, call us later." Called later - "sorry, we're not getting any figures." So I wasted my time and I paid more for the game than I should have.
That was it for me. Aside from some of their other crappy practices, if you can't guarantee a pre-order exclusive you're a pretty useless retail entity. I really only use them when they have a crazy sale (and the "new" game I want is actually new).

I would have gave it back..no figure no sale...so far I never had that problem...that sucks
