When the inner lining of the jacket is torn, in my case around one of the arm holes, is it a good idea to inquire about a replacement? It doesn't affect the figure aesthetically, but should it still be replaced?

A stitch in time saves 9.

Fix it now or down the line the problem will be worse. And by fix i dont know if you got it through an official websites, but you could inquire. You could also put it on ebay, state the problem as minor and buy a new one off ebay as they would likely go for the same. Of course i dont know the extent of the damage as good as you do. Ive had a battlesuit Jill robe for about 18 months and the inner lining has been ripped from near new but it hasnt gotten any worse. Though the material is different so i never actively sought a replacement.

This would eat away at me like a gangrenous limb and I'm not especially an4l about my figures. It obviously doesn't bother you too much, otherwise you wouldn't even ask the question... but if you're going to replace it, do it while the item is current and readily available.

I double checked the jacket. It doesn't really look torn. I thought it had torn due to the loose thread that got caught in the arm joint. I just cut that thread out and no problem.

But now I'm in a terrible situation. I tested out the removable scalp piece. I put in the cylinder and put the port cover in place as read in the instructions. Now the port cover is permanently stuck in place. I have no idea how this is the case as it was easy enough to put on in the first place. No amount of tapping, shaking, or trying to turn it did any good. My last resort was trying to use a thin blade to pry it off but all I got was a dent and scratch on the cover for my efforts. The hair piece will not sit flush now and I am livid. There is no reason why a feature of this figure should put mine in this condition, not for this price.

I don't know what to do, guys. This is ridiculous.

Not sure how much you'll like hearing this after causing some damage but someone else had that problem and I advised him to take some celotape or blue-tack and see if he could pull it out with that. Apparently it worked.

Put the head in the freezer and let it set for awhile, then try prying it out. It's worth a try.

Someone else posted this problem a few days ago and the advise I gave was to try tape or sticky tack, the guy never responded so I don't know if it worked. I never bothered with the feature myself and after hearing this problem I likely won't bother in the future. Hope you get it figured out.

Thank you for the suggestions, guys. It took a few tries, but the tape worked! It's all good now except for the light scratches on the cover.

The hair piece still fit right with the cover on flush correct?, only when you tried to wedge it out, then the hair was not fitting flush no?.

I put in the shock absorber and cover and the hair fit flush on mine.

Nope, the hair has a plug that goes in the hole. It sat up a bit when I tried it with the shock absorber.
