I do think the DX looks fine with the glasses on.

This statement is so right in pointing out everything that's wrong about the DX sculpt.

I would bet that to anyone but the most ardent Arnie fan, you could set before them the MMS T2 with glasses on, tell them to close their eyes and then swap it for the DX with glasses on - and when they opened their eyes they wouldn't be able to tell that they were now looking at a different sculpt.

If I didn't already have the MMS I'd be very happy with the DX. The DX is undoubtedly a step up from the MMS sculpt... but it's such an incremental step I can't see it being worth it to pick up a parted out sculpt, let alone a whole new figure set.

I'll save my bikkies for the invitable BD T2 Arnie and T1 police station shoot out Arnie.

Very nice indeed OMG, thanks for posting those. I've always had my criticisms but damn I love these figures. And I'm actually really liking that T2: Battle Across Time look of the DX10 in this pic. Give him a silver and black plasma rifle and the shotgun and he's set. In fact I'm probably gonna do that one day, buy another DX10 for that purpose I mean.

Is it just me, or is the DX missing the subtle jacket weathering that the MMS has? I always thought that was a really nice touch on the MMS.

That's what I thought of aswell when I first saw pics of the DX10. Ive always loved Battle across time, too bad theyve never released it on any format.

Yep, that was one of my first thoughts when it went up for preorder and I saw it with the grey shirt and sunglasses.

Put the gloved hands on him, give him the shot gun and a plasma rifle and bam, T2:3D T-800.

Shadowfla brought it up in the DX10 thread proper, and yeah it doesn't have any weathering, which I think is odd, given that his clothes didn't get any cleaner as the movie went on.

I think enough time has passed for me to finally say that the T-1000 sculpt kinda sucks.

Underrated figure overall but the sculpt is not all that great. But it is a very nice figure with pretty much everything you need to make another

Yeah I still think the T-1000 from HT is the best sculpt and what a great figure, all the stuff it comes with. Can you tell im a big fan of the T-1000
