1/6 Hot Toys Dark Knight Rises Batman

I'm actually kind of thinking that we just might *key word: might* see this this week. If it is going to be at SDCC, HT might want to get the Specs and Pics out before SSC steals their thunder. Also, as far as Iron Man mk VII goes, the Marvel fans might have their hands full with the Captain America PO this week?

I dont think Hot Toys and SSC have the same kind of hatred for one another like Hot Toys and Enterbay do. Will certainly be interesting to see how many new figures are shown at SDCC though as I'd imagine a lot of their podiums(?) will be full of the figures already up for PO;

Mark 1 2.0, Nick Fury, Hawkeye, Avengers Cap, Avengers Thor, Loki, Avengers Black Widow, DX10, DX11, Amazing Spiderman, City Hunter Predator, Rescue Cap, MGS Snake, MGS The Boss, DX07 (maybe), Tron Light Cycle (maybe), probably others I cant remember

I never said that they did, but the point still stands: SSC can steal their thunder with their own products. Look no further than last year's SDCC and the Nicholson Joker. Don't get me wrong, all of the hype was still there, but it kind of diminished the "Wow" factor of the Specs and Pics when there were already hundreds of pics of it from bloggers who went to SDCC, Ani-Com, etc.

I'm betting next week, as I imagine the Mark VII Iron Man will be revealed this week.

Mark VII next week I Batman the week of the movie and then its just 2 figures Bane and Catwomen and I am not sure if they are ready to be released.

Hopefully this will clear the way for X men finally

This is pathetic. Out of all the products from every single company based on the TDK Batman suit.. THIS is the most accurate that I've personally seen. And it's a f'ing BOBBLEHEAD!

Not only did they nail the cowl, but they also nailed the proportions of the suit correctly. The only thing off is the mouth sculpt IMO. Hilarious.

The under-nose (nostril area) is wrong too. The mask is supposed to cover that completely with just holes for the nostrils.

With these new teasers, it seems like this could go either way. We could be in for a longer 1-2 week wait, or, who knows? We could wind up seeing the full reveal before SDCC. I'd assume that this new teaser of The Bat is the unexpected surprise that was previously mentioned, though? Granted, we knew it was coming, but not necessarily how far along it was. Suffice it to say, THIS IS ____IN' AWESOME!!!!!!

You ain't kiddin', the thing's absolutely massive. I'm very scared of how much this thing'll weigh, as 1.) I pray we don't get screwed with shipping, and 2.) I really don't want to be the guy Devil was talking about (the guy who was crushed).

If I am reading this correctly, the TDKR DX Batman will be packaged with "The Bat".. That'll be friggin' expensive!!!

I hope Hot Toys will release TDKR Batman as a stand-alone figure release, as not all collectors can buy this monstrosity
