Sorry, general comment not directed at you (just typed as if it was in response to you - sorry...)

I'm wondering if SSC has any plans for Hoth base corridor along the lines of the Gartogg archway. That Wampa warning door would be a cool backdrop for 2-3 snowies.

In regards to a Hoth environment, I'm really hoping we see something at SDCC, too (likewise have fingers crossed for a probot). That and something from Bespin would be great.

Forgot about the probot! These are pretty exciting days... I'm looking forward to SDCC more than in any other year.

When SSC was cranking out Jedis and clones, I could sort of sit back and pick and choose, but I am starting to sweat ever since the Dewback came out - there's bounty hunters, a couple of Snowies, a probot, a tauntaun (and presumably a rider) and then the land speeder (which is the only reason I'm buying a Tusken - or two.) And new Vader and HT Luke DX. All of this probably before the end of next year. NONE of this I can pass on.

Yeah, am very happy I got pulled into this hobby when I did as it seems there is a ton of essential stuff just on the horizon (plus we don't know if Sideshow's got a surprise or two in store for SDCC). Of the things you listed, the only thing I'm pretty sure I'll pass on is the tauntaun. Like the idea, but just not a must-have for me (can't wait to have a 1:6 land speeder in my grubby paws, though -- like you, it was a big motivator to get a couple of Tuskens).

I'm secretly hoping the Taun looks goofy so I can pass on it.

There's also HT BTTF to contend with. I used to just be Indy/SW and a few one-offs - no more.

There's a ton of essential stuff coming all right, but the prices are climbing so fast it's scary. I can see a day soon when something like Snowtrooper comes out and we will all assume it's going to be $225-250. That's probably only 2 years away. A few Snowies around an eweb cannon is $1k.

I'm just keeping up with the Commodore, because the Commodore is keeping up with me.

E-web is confirmed, and SSC would be out of their minds not to do the Snowie Commander.

I'm all over a PF but I'm almost certain that if it is the Snowtrooper it would be 1/6. I think SSC has already mentioned a 1/6 Snowtrooper in the works. If this turns out to be a PF it came out of left field.
