I know people are complaining about the price hikes...and you have EVERY right to. But honestly, it isn't going to change unless you a get large majority of collectors to boycott HT's products until they drop prices. I can tell you that's not going to happen with this market (high-end collectibles).

Edit: While I'm in for this figure, if Hulk's just an overpriced 16" marvel legends figure you can bet I'm not getting him. To each his own I guess.

Lately when a HT figure is released it's usually on Ebay for slightly cheaper than retail. A lot of recent HT releases have kind of been peg warming a bit.

These days, for new releases, Ebay generally has figures for cheap for a few months until they start blasting through the roof again.

Me personally, I don't trust ebay that much. I prefer to keep to sites like Sideshow or BBTS. I don't mind paying a little bit extra to ensure my purchase is legit, and if it's faulty or damaged I can return it. I really like rewards points I'm accumulating as well. I'll use ebay when I have to, but I prefer not to.

ebay is all about the buyer, you can never be screwed out of money. I don't really understand when people don't trust ebay...

Rewards points are nothing when you're saving $50+ elsewhere on a fig.

I have plenty of experience with ebay, over 500 points of feeback, but when it comes to high end collectibles it's just not something I'm comfortable with. No big deal. Everyone has their preferences.

I can get a figure on ebay shipped from Hong Kong for about £100 cheaper than on UK based sites/ shops.
