Looking at the sneaks of the ones coming, I don't like the Vader holding his own mask idea. Kind of defeats the whole "If I take it off you'll die" aspect

Well ESB did show that he could survive without his helmet in his Star Destroyer meditation chamber so maybe the base will indicate that that's where he's standing.

I really doubt they'll be PF prices. Why would these be more than the LOTR ones, especially with them being only 1:5 scale just like the LOTR statue line? there's no reason for these to be in the PF price range

a little tough to say with the exclusives will be. these seem to have multiple switch out pieces. Both Vader, Obi-wan and Maul look to have swap out hands and a swap out portrait. so it could be the hand, could be the portrait or it could be both

Agreed! That feels about right for 1/5.

this will be just like the lotr reboot with the maquette series, which created some of sideshow's best works ever. I hope that's the case here too, the photos look really good.

That was my thought on it, too (or I could pretend that was the scenario without much difficulty). One of my favourite scenes in the OT is Vader contemplating after his conversation with Luke on Endor, as he sends Luke to the Emperor. I could see Vader in his more introspective moments mulling over his decisions and their consequences, so this statue sort of captures that for me.

Everything about this statue screams Maul. The attitude, fury, pose, coloring...everything!!!!

I can see the bigger one will be 325.00 or more. I mean look at the smaller predators. Some of them went close to 350.00. But I really hope they are around 250.00 to 275.00 even though I don't see this happening because SS seems to be jacking up prices recently.

I will be interested to see if these end up being 1/5 given that SS has scrapped that scale for Marvel because of poor sales and issues with warehouse space .

I hope that they are under $300, but I doubt it...I would say these will be in the $325-375 price range...If GI Joe Snake eyes is $325, and let's not forget the LFL license.
