Fat Drown has landed in the UK, had to get that info from royalmail website as the USPS tracking still lists it as processing through sort facility in L.A. :cuckoo:

Hopefully it'll clear customs without charges and be with me by mid-week :yess:

Ma.K! sweet.

I'm not a fan of Juan's artwork myself. Much like Sail it's not really my thing. Good competent well rendered stuff though and I have never seen any evidence that he's racing over Ashley Wood or anyone else's artwork.

This has been fun but some mods need to get in here and clean this mess up.

Good purchase! USPS only ever tracks packages until they leave the US; after that Royal Mail or ParcelForce are the only means of keeping an eye on your stuff. But, yeah, hope your new Ankou makes it through customs unscathed. :)

Hi all new to this company here ... Just wondering do you think Ambush or any other real steel figures are worth it by looks and what is the quality of 3A ?? was thinking of getting ambush

Sure it's worth it, if you liked the movie - go for it. Not so much a good deal if you didn't get him at Bamba though..

Quality? Paint apps are really well done & the figures/bots are pretty durable. Customer service is excellent too.

I only got into ThreeA a short time ago with the release of their Mongrol figure and I was blown away by the size, articulation and overall quality. The weathering in particular is extremely well done. My experience with ThreeA, while brief, has been a pleasant one; the few items I own all look EXACTLY like the production pics.

With all that in mind, I'd say the Real Steel stuff will be more than worth it if you are a fan of the film. The Ambush figure will be a very decent size, too (16.5" tall). :)

Yeah, good point; Bambaland always offers the best price although having to pay upfront with Paypal isn't ideal for some people. That said, it's almost always best to order through Bamba where possible if you want the best deals.

When Ambush goes up for sale at SSC (and other retailers) you won't get the free worldwide shipping (and it may cost a little more overall) but you won't need to have the money to hand there and then so it's not all bad if you missed out pre-ordering through Bamba. SSC do FlexPay as well, of course.

Bambaland has like 1 figure for sale on the entire website..if you can call it a website :/

is there any other place to buy threea reel steel & halo figures?

Sideshow will be stocking the Real Steel stuff; Ambush should be up for pre-order there pretty soon.

I'd be amazed if the Halo figures were Bamba exclusives so, again, SSC is probably a safe bet although nothing's been announced yet.

I would say all the licensed stuff will be distro'd through Sideshow. I think the all the other non-licensed stuff generally does better if just sold through bambaland since then they can make to order.
