My vote.No, '78 would win. Zombie's was okay, but lost the originality. Rob made him more of a generic hulking dude, whereas the original was "pure and simply evil", just had that ghostly vibe around him.
In my opinion.
I do enjoy both incarnations though.

Myers RZ is just some weird hobo guy, yes he is big, but 78 Myers survived both a gunshot and being on fire,
Myers RZ was killed by a girl stabbing him, or the cops, depending which version,
i mean they are the same, but hobo myers is not as creepy,

its not a rob zombie movie thankfully so i wouldn't be surprised if they almost do another remake or something totally different

Both. While meant to level the playing field by showing Zombie's is just as "supernatural" as Carpenter's, I was also addressing the ridiculousness of the incident and it's aftermath.

Well in a fight Zombies Myers would win. I love the bearded Myers. Huge and badass.
But the lame-o 78 myers would just get in a car and drive away, WHILE AT THE SAME TIME OBEY ALL THE TRAFFIC LAWS that he would have never had a chance to drive before and understand. Bugs the ____ out of me. I hate that movie so much.

Well if we are counting all of RZ movies, then we have to consider all of the Myers movie too.
RZH1= "Death" by Face shot with magnum. RZH2= "Death" by Police shooting.
Now old school Myers...
H1= Shot six times and fell off a balcony only to walk away into the night (never really "died" in first one) THE MAN JUST WALKS UP AND WALKS AWAY= Gangsta.
H2= Shot in the face (Twice?) AND gets blown up in a gas filled room. Not only that, he obviously with the quickness, puts on a fire resistant jumped suit. Clearly you can see this when he walks out on fire since he is more bulkier and I think he has gloves on. Brilliant!!
H3- Takes a break...
H4- Get shot up by a bunch of city hicks and cops (with some of the worst aiming ever) but guess what also...
H5- As he falls into the mine after a bombardment of bullets and flying debris from mis-fire into his surrounding environment, you see him still dragging himself away from danger and away from a stick of dynamite blast. HE NEVER "DIES" IN PART 4!! Also it seems his face has fully healed from the explosion and fire from part 2 as well as from the 2 gun shot to the face. When he removes his mask for Jaime you can see this. The man obviously gets bored when the put him in prison and he is seen summoning a man in black to find him and T-1 style the police station.
H6- While getting bashed in the head, the man secretes green slime and slips away once again.
H20- Somehow Myers was able to go back in time to prevent the events in H4-H6 from ever happening and goes back after Laurie but gets his head chopped off. And of course......
Resurrection- With probably the most Bull_____ explanation to how Myers could survive a decapitation...... that's it.... i have nothing to say about this filth of a movie.....never existed.....
