this is a tough choice...i think the faces looks good. the angle of the preview pic just wasnt very good. i would buy it if i knew it was the only storm PF coming out but another jim lee version down the line has me a little hesitant. course, it could be at least a year or 2 down the line! decisions decisions...price is actually good.

This has to be one of the worst prints SSC has produced.
Except Storm is in a costume she hasn't been in since the early 80s and BP is in his late 90s/Early 2000s Christopher Priest costume.
I still love the pose and her not being on an X might mean there'll be a Jim Lee one later but who knows at this point.
The white eyes and slightly more angry expression looks a lot better than the Regular but they really need to shrink the eyes and bring them slightly closer together on both.

I will say that something about her boots look really funny. Kinda like her feet are too big for the statue.
storm's been in a costume very similar to this in the black panther series

The only saving Grace is I already have a 1/4 scale Flying White Jim Lee Storm that was made in the late 90's by Marvel Milestones

Definitely getting the EX. The headsculpt looks fantastic. I still wouldn't be surprised if they resculpt the reg. It's much better in the additional pics but could still be nicer IMO. Maybe they can do a Jim Lee costume as a B&W sale with a 100 ES. Now that would be something.

Just kidding. That Storm looks so much better than what Sideshow just previewed. I'll wait for the JL version in a year or so.

OK...The EX head is much prettier than the reg head but still quite ugly..I understand they wanted to give Storm african features but why make them so pronounced? Storm is portrayed as an extraordinarly beautiful woman in the comic books. They made her look like Whoopie Goldberg. They should have modeled the face after beautiful black models like Beyonce, Tara Banks Naomi Campbell, Halle Berry or Vanessa Williams to make it look more accurate
