I dont see anything more than Batman being released in this line

See I see it a completely other way. HT has openly discussed wanting comic licenses for both Marvel and HT but it hasn't happened for whatever reason. HT loves Batman, it's Howard's way to new mansions and cars. I think because this is really close to said Comic license I see them going really deep within it as long as they are selling.

Look at SSC, every release so far in their new DC license has been Batoriented. People know it'll sell.

Given that there's no coming in 2012 on the teaser image one would imagine that we wont be seeing any figures from the line this year I do think Hot Toys could make a killing from this line though, forget Batman how many people would want a Joker and Harley Quinn from the game?

Rocksteady did a great job making almost every character look amazing

I liked 2-Face's Arkham City design also but considering how well TDK 2 Face did....

Hey pretty cool, i didn't expect that. I prefer the comics look rather than the games machomacho man. I wonder how they'll do the suit it could be fabric or........................

Dammit!! How can they have a teaser of Bats without even an announcement! Im pretty sure MGS was more requested. ____ it at this rate we'll see a HT Batman The Brave and the Bold figure before MGS.
Hopefully theyre just waiting for the 3A Rex drop before showing it

After this, I can see Hot Toys doing Schumacher Batman figures now, especially a Batman, Robin and the Riddler. They seem to have nearly every license for Batman related items, I have a hard time believing that they won't obtain that one as well.

I would assume the most difficult license to obtain was Batman and Batman Returns so we may see Hot Toys Batman related collectibles for years and years to come.

- Batman Begins
- The Dark Knight
- The Dark Knight Rises
- Arkham City

Who knows what the future holds. Between all the films and the game, there's a lot of potential for an increasing number of Rogues Gallery villains.

Would be nice, but unlike Iron Man, this character was largely covered in what looked like plastic/rubber parts:

He's got metal here and there (particularly the helmet/armor part at the top), but I think the collectors could easily excuse them not being too shiny all things considered.

the MK V not being chromed was a big let down when i got it, the grey was dull and flat, but you make great points, it'll hardly be a stretch to chromifty the metal parts though

Coming back to the figure, I wonder what the height of this figure will be. I mean since its pretty much a stylized hyper-realistic design. The proportions and actual scale is debatable. Plus I wonder will they make a completely new body for it. None of the HT bodies or anything in the market can resemble the proportions of Batman in the game
