That was the Toybiz version. That line also featured the crappy Batwing with suction darts and the Batmobile with no canopy.

toybiz sorry I forgot about that company, but I knew them well, see, there's my mind playing tricks on me! :lol

That was the Batman that had the belt detach with a string or wire so you can hook it on something and give it a reeling in situation right?

Toybiz version of Batman stunk. Remember the way the whole belt would pull out and reel back in to simulate some grapple/zip line thingy? They made a Bob too. :lol

My brother had so many strangely painted Kenner Batman figs... Gold, white, camo... And of course all the blues and blacks.

^^^^^ I don't care what people say, Keaton Batman pics never get old.

:exactly: i am officially jealous of all of you that have this now though...i hope SSC ships within the next couple of days...I did the pack out on this too i dont want any problems with the box.

I like JOHN J RAMBO!! :lol wish Hot toys would remake the line again like they did with the Predators. They should get the guy that did the Expendables HS :lecture[/QUOTE]

i really like that Rambo, its a really good likeness.

Yeah, I remember wanting the ToyBiz versions so badly, I thought it was the best when I was a kid...until Kenner got the license and slam dunked it.

I loved the Toy Biz batman, but did feel it was cheaply made.

I found some pretty good Keaton Batman videos that I thought I'd share. Man I hope I get this thing this week.

The funny thing about the scene in Returns where the Bat signal shined at Wayne Manor was great, but I have to wonder was Bruce really just sitting there alone in the dark, until the signal got his attention! :lol

Did anyone think about this. :lecture

:exactly: That's the point right! :goodpost: I'm just having fun with this great collectible! :lol

yeah.. sorry, didn't mean to point out the obvious on what you were making fun of. I guess I was reallly just looking for a good reason to post that ridiculous video, let's face it they don't come very often. :rotfl

Yeah - that's the point of the scene. It shows that Bruce is not happy being Bruce; he is constantly waiting to be called upon - he would rather be Batman than himself.

I agree with you. but I guess my take away from that scene was that the bat signal is kind of dumb and archaic maybe it's time for the bat beeper..... just saying.... I mean what if Bruce isn't content with just sitting in that room alone all night contemplating about being Bruce Wayne. it all kind of seemed over elaborate for a message he likely wouldn't receive. Plus the mini bat signals on your house kind of seem harder to explain than a couple of cuts and bruises and an absent personal life. Sorry in advance if I'm just being a joy kill.
