I gotta agree. Bane has been the coolest Bounty Hunter this entire saga has had. Was anybody else expecting a limb or something cut off by Anakin during their fight in the episode? I know I was.

Anyone else think it's interesting that Ahsoka never says anything when Anakin uses "darkside" powers? This is like the 2nd or 3rd time this season and she's always cool with it.

Maybe she would have said something until that vision she had on Mortis. Could be that every time Anakin does something now she internalizes it as confirmation that he's not for her and she's just going to need to go her own way.

At least she'll never give the Padme whiney speech of "you're going down a path that I can't follow". I must admit that I REALLY like Ahsoka and I'm dying to know where they'll be taking her. I'd rather watch her stories then Obi-wan's any day.

I must admit that I REALLY like Ahsoka and I'm dying to know where they'll be taking her. I'd rather watch her stories then Obi-wan's any day.

I really like her too. Too bad she'll have to die. Originally Lucas entertained the idea of a prominent prequel character getting frozen and then not appearing again until the third trilogy. Maybe that can be her?

Obviously there's no third trilogy anymore (unless you count the Thrawn books) but it'd be kind of cool if she could sidestep the mess of the remaining films and live "happily ever after." I'm sure there's no chance of that happening though.

I just looked through the list of this seasons episodes and I have to PULL MY HEAD IN...

We have been spoilt this season more so than any other; since episode 7 (Darkness on Umbara) every episode has been excellent.

I can't believe the turn around they've achieved

I only wish the whole series had have started this way - although I think our heads would have exploded with an overload of Star Wars goodness

Which is disturbing, given that her 'future self' on Mortis basically says that keeping her mouth shut and following Anakin will be her downfall. Can I say that I LOVE this arc so far, Cad Bane is pitch perfect, Palpatine is working his subtle evil in ways I have been longing for, Obi-Wan's struggle not to blow his cover while simultaneously trying to save Anakin and Ahsoka (who happen to be trying to kill him) - all awesome! Not to mention the cameos and easter eggs that have been mentioned so far - loved seeing Sy Snootles coming out of the bar with her girls! Hoping the story's resolution doesn't disappoint, and I don't think it will!

I agree I really like Ahsoka as well, she's really grown into a very cool character.

I'm not sure how to interpret her silence...
Is she disturbed? but maybe afraid to confront her master about it? May she'll bring this to the attention of Obi-Wan? Maybe she'll get corrupted by him?

I don't think that she doesn't mind though, I think she just doesn't know what to make of it.

does Ahsoka have enough experience to knwow what is and what isn't a "sith move"...it's not like Anakin was shooting lightning he just simply doled out a bit of a force choke

I wish Anakin didn't choke anyone on the show. I think its much more horrifying if the first person he ever uses that move on is his own wife in ROTS.

I see it more as him losing control. He's in full control who he chokes right now but as time goes on, it becomes the "easy" thing for him to do and choking Padme is that line crossed.

No way, the execution of him doing that in ROTS came across very cheesy IMO. I easily think it's much better the way he does it in the Clone Wars series and enjoy it a lot.

The series feels much more like the original trilogy too. Love it.

Yeah especially how Boba Fett is always whiny, nervous, and hiding behind other bounty hunters. Just like I remember him in the OT.
