The neck has two points of articulation inside the rubber neck. The bottom of the neck has a ball joint attached to a narrow tube and on top of that tube is another ball joint attached to the face. This means you can push back or forward the rubber neck and then swivel the head back or forward. It's not a massive movement but it should be enough to allow you to make that face look down a little or at least straight on.

I just got my Reeve Superman up in the case and love it; it was such a long wait. I'd rather be taking pictures of Captain America beating the crap out of Nazis, but taking some of the female TT being rescued from falling to death in her Barbie Volkswagen Beatle will have to do for now.
