Hot Toys sculpted the wrong guy!!

:slap:slap:slap:thwak
:rotfl In this case I think Hot Toys NAILED the stunt double likeness! :clap

There are some good shots on HTC FB page. Sculpt likeness isn't great but it does look like a good human sculpt and the figure will make a great Cap figure.

I'm assuming that HT will give us a clean non helmet version of Chris Evans with the USO version...I wonder if this Captain head is removable and we can put the Chris Evans head on, as so:

Of course the head is removable!:duh why wouldn't it be? It's on a truetype!

Edit: Not the best pics but the figure looks great!

I agree. Ain't no Chris Evans, but a pretty good human sculpt indeed. Without the costume, I doubt that anyone would know who that sculpt is.

I do not see Chris Evans, look like a random fat dude in that helmet to me.

Man that looks good same I don't see Evans but then I only want well everything but the head hope someone parts them out

If their past performances is anything to go by, I think we will see some semi decent sculpt by the time they do their third Cap for the Avengers version. :lol

The new pics look better of course but I agree with Mike (Hydeous) - doubt anyone would be able to tell who it is without the costume.

If I was a Marvel collector though, I wouldn't hesitate to pick this one up, overall looks a great figure

he looks off!! looks like 2 different figure from 2 different company.

Although I don't really understand what he wrote, it got me thinking. Is HT starting to grow too big, starts to disappoint the collectors or are we as a consumer, are just getting spoilt by HT?

We wouldn't even dare to dream of getting something this accurate in 1/6 scale a few years ago:lol
