The one that comes immediately to mind is Hoth Leia.

If we got a sculpt on par with Lando, I'd buy from them over HT with no hesitation.

I'm not so sure about that. It seems like completely different body types. I may be mistaken, but even the length of fur is different.

I think the HT POTA is probably one of the better examples of what we could expect from an HT Chewie...

the POTA figs have a very small percentage of hair and it is all on the sculpt... furring a complete body and face will definitely present for a heartier challenge.

whether if be Hot Toys or SST that tackle Chewbacca, they could take a cue from this...

I haven't got a comprehensive list going but outside of TPM Obi-Wan, AOTC Anakin Skywalker, Hoth Han and Luke, X-Wing Luke what main figures are we missing? One could argue that if HT wanted to they could include an X-Wing flight suit with their ANH Luke no problem...Some big ones like Tarkin for example whom is important I don't see HT ever really doing, who else of the big ticket folks still have yet to be done via SSC?

Ummm, Hoth/Bespin Leia, SLAVE Leia, PADME from any of the movies?? (The gals always get overlooked...) Luke, Leia, and Han in Endor gear. Would add Dooku, and Palpatine from TPM or AOTC, as he is always the big bad behind the scenes.

I completely agree! But... Which outfits/hairstyles for the DX?! I think the classic princess look from ANH and the Hoth outfit would be great. Or the Bespin gown to match Luke. Or slave leia.... Oooh slave leia....

I prefer Hoth/Bespin Escape Leia DX to Slave Leia only because I hate those rubber bodies.

Ditto that. No interest in Slave Leia. Gimme Hoth Leia or the awesome costume from Bespin. Hell, I would even like HT to take a crack at ANH Leia because I sold my disappointing SS version long ago.
