I think I got a defective one… Y4NK33 PL4N3T’s looks great in that picture, mine is on the left and when I took it out of the box the first thing I noticed was how dark the face was. Overall the paint is very dark, I took the comparison picture with full flash and it lightened it a bit but it looks like a different sculpt compared to Y4NK33 PL4N3T.

Your sculpt does look a little tan. Just an fyi, I did take my pic with flash on and he was displayed under LED dioder lighting. Not sure if the difference should be that great though regardless...

Go my Flynn last week - he's awesome, i like the sculpting so much But the display stand is not that what i want. The first that a made, was to build a custom display stand / base with light. If i have enough post for posting pictures here, i'll post some pictures of the "meditiation base"

Since I was able to get the Toy Fairs Exlusive Batman, I finally decided to go ahead and get this figure. Ordered my Kevin Flynn earlier today from AE! should be hear by the end of next week.

Since I was able to get the Toy Fairs Exlusive Batman, I finally decided to go ahead and get this figure. Ordered my Kevin Flynn earlier today from AE!

how could you still be on the fence with the light cycle after getting these 3... you need it!
I'll probably fold, I'm not crazy about Sam Flynn and the NRD is off putting on this too which is why I haven't bit on it. Still have plenty of time by the looks of things, and I'll need to find a place to display it

Yankee as a Tron fan, you must own this. I have some problems with it as well.. but picture this..
....The large brown shipper box, sitting at your door, the size of a small refrigerator...shimmering in the light.
You open it, the illuminated embossed TRON graphics on the box give you a little shiver inside. It's here..it's finally here.
You look inside, OMG its an actual 1/6th lightcycle. Turn it on and
the glow hits your face like the inside of the ark of the covenant.
The engine moves! The body lights! It's nirvana for Tron geeks.. Will I put it in front or behind my Daft Punk Figures...
Or, you could just order some more photocopy paper for your office.....

^^you know, Rory, that's exactly what I thought about before ordering the lightcycle. I had finally scene the Tumbler and Batpod in hand and seeing how detailed those were and how big they were I knew I had to get this as a big TRON fan. Then I started thinking how awesome Kevin Flynn's box is and imagined how awesome the lightcycle box would be then continued thinking of all the things you stated and said to myself that I have to have this or I'd regret it when it was sold out.
