They just gave me credit back. And I ate the $2.50 shipping charge. Those bastids!!!!
I wish their return system was convenient like Amazon's is. I will most likely never use BN.com again, I'll just look for my Criterions in store.

That's lame. I don't think i've heard one positive thing about the B&N customer service yet.

I havnt had a problem with the 3 orders i've placed with them so far (CC sale last year and this year and a BF order last year) but it's not right you have to worry about your order going through and not get canceled or hope there's no mistakes. If Amazon makes a mistake, they will correct it at no extra charge. B&N will just cancel your order, refund you and tell you to return item.

If i could use in-store pick-up, i would (better discounts too). I hear people go in a few days before and reserve what they want and then pick it up when the sale starts.
