From the new in-hand pics (the only ones we have atm I should say), the Bale sculpt looks almost exactly like what we've seen on the prototype to me. The only difference is lighting. I'm not surprised there are still folks here that instantly exclaim doom and gloom based upon one set of photos.

I see EXACTLY the same Headsculpt than the prototype.. but the only difference would be the lighting, as you say

That movie sucked as a Dredd movie, but I wouldn't mind an HT figure of him.

It was a fun movie. And I would also take a figure of Stallone Dredd!

The head always looked that size in the proto. Nothing changed. It was just how they posed, shot, and lighted it.

Looks like the same head to me.


My only complaint is the size. Looks too small to me, but it did before too.

I'm gonna be fine with the head as I'll have it on my cotton stuffed Takara. If it still looks too small, I'll take some of the stuffing out and it will be fine I'm sure.

With the brew-haha over greed, milking and the inevitible "if it's new i'll buy it" attitude to the Joker 2.0 and the interest inf the Batman and Joker 1989 versions.

I think HT are MONUMENTALLY STUPID to release this as a limited Exclusive this eBay auction proves that this money could be HT, if they made enough to meet demand. Instead they'll release another updated version later on to get that money, when they could've done it already.

Honestly though a figure should NEVER cost more than $250 at retail, and this only has one body, and limited accessories so not even that price, yet the auction is at $542 already.

When you complain about high prices later, just know you did it to yourselves, spending silly amounts of money on this fig.
