The penguin is supposedly the exc , but SS doesn't put the exclusives on display. as far as I know.

No joke, I know my Scarlet Witch had that issue and Sideshow refused to replace it. They said I could get a full refund or they would credit me, I think it was something like $20.
Really hope we see a Roger Rabbit PF too. I hope he gets announced before she starts to ship. I am going to have a tough time explaining to my wife that I bought just the Jessica piece. If Roger was coming soon I can pull this off.
I hope to see a Roger Rabbit PF also because, like you, it'll make it easier to explain to my better half!

Every now and then I show my wife pics of the anime statues that have removable clothing or other overtly sexual attributes. We both can't stand them sibce theylook like 6-year olds in the face.
But the added bonus is that when I buy pf's like Black Cat, or show her pics of Jessica, she always says, "Oh, that's SO much better than those anime statues!" and gives me her blessing.
You guys should try that!

My Scarlet Witch was not nearly as bad as some others, I don't even notice it, it is very minor.
Thankfully my wife allows me to get this stuff, she doesn't mind the sexy statues (although she did have comments about the new Vampi pf) it is just the quanitity I buy and if I should really be buying at the time.
I read over on SF that this is going to be $350 like Joker, Vampirella and Lara. You could argue that Vampirella and Lara have complicated bases and even that Joker's an A-lister with a decently sized base, but this seems like a a fairly straightforward statue.
I don't think the penguin's the Ex, so it might be the case that Sideshow's throwing in a penguin no one asked for to help justify a price hike on a piece that they know will probably sell regardless. I might skip this after all.

I couldnt agree more with u guys, as $350 for Jessica compare to other statues is a bid expensive...although i will probably getting this. Concerning the penguin, SS do not display ex on shows, so i do not think the penguin is the exclusive version. If not, then i dont know...maybe a switch hand with microphone????......i dont know

The sculpt looks really awesome and sexy, but she is not a must have character IMO to justify that price.

Yeah I love the piece but there just isn't a lot going on. I bit on the Captain Hook PF for $300+ and felt it justified every cent but as you have all said, a huge rack while in reality will cost you more in polystone doesn't warrant the extra cash.
Well THANKS for proving me wrong. I do hope that the penguin will be the exclusive version then. Unless we get the penguin for Reg, and still have something extra for the Ex. Thnks Jedah....Then this is the exception that proves the rule?
