Re: The Dark Knight Rises

I can't see them reusing the tumbler a third time. There's gotta be something to it. Like, it transforms into a jet or a robot. Or something less plausible, like a Datsun.

Re: The Dark Knight Rises

I'm hoping for more of a sleeker vehicle, the Tumbler is great but its old, TDK gave us the bat-pod primarily, they should do the same to keep it fresh.

Re: The Dark Knight Rises

Better quality bootleg teaser going around on the web.

Re: The Dark Knight Rises

Maybe the Tumbler and the Batpod are for flashback scenes. Something that isn't stock. It wouldn't be out of the realm of possibilities. I never had an issue with the Tumbler and there were two in BB so it makes sense he'd have a spare but who knows what they did to that one if they put the pod in the first, maybe the attack copter pops out of the Tumbler in this one.

Re: The Dark Knight Rises

Or maybe it is just the tumber for the first movie.

There is apsolutly no reason at all that a military bridging vehicle would be designed to have a combat motorcycle to pop out of it or a remote "Intimidate" feature, so maybe the tumbler we saw in TDK was an updated version and in this movie he goes back to the old one.

Or maybe GL lost so much godamn money that WB has decided to use the Tumbler in the next 16 Batman movies to make up for the loss.

yah, no one really knows if the BatPod was an updated feature by Wayne.
and I think the Helicopter rumor is just that, a rumor. Cant see this happening. Who is going to fly it? Unless Wayne has been taking helicopter flying lessons while he's been on the run.... You cant just jump into a helicopter and fly it without lots of training.

I want more Tumbler. I love that vehicle!!:)

Re: The Dark Knight Rises

Ummmm....Hello. Alfred will obviously be flying the copter.

There is absolutely no reason at all that a military bridging vehicle would be designed to have a combat motorcycle to pop out of it or a remote "Intimidate" feature

:lecture What he said.

Don't you think Fox would've mentioned that it also had a bike in it or that it could shoot machine guns/bombs (even by remote) when he first showed the Tumbler to Wayne in BB if that ish was already in there?

Re: The Dark Knight Rises

Don't be so closed-minded, dude. Obviously, Nightwing is gonna fly it.

haha, yah Alfred & Nightwing at the controls

to me, why even need a helicopter. he flies perfectly fine with his memory cloth cape :)
